Claims (8)
- 2가지 이상의 금속이 결합된 수산화물 계열 전구체를 제조하는 단계와,상기 수산화물 계열 전구체의 표면을 유기산을 이용하여 개질하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 수산화물 계열 전구체의 표면을 유기산을 이용하여 개질하는 단계는,상기 수산화물 계열 전구체와 유기산 간의 에스테르화 반응을 유도하여 진행하며,상기 2가지 이상의 금속이 결합된 수산화물 계열 전구체는 몰리브데늄-코발트 수산화물 전구체이고,상기 유기산은 올레인산인 것을 특징으로 하는 2가지 이상의 금속이 결합된 수산화물 계열 전구체의 표면 개질을 통한 유용성 입자 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 2가지 이상의 금속이 결합된 수산화물 계열 전구체를 제조하는 단계는,2가지 이상의 금속화합물 수용액을 혼합, 교반하는 단계와,상기 혼합, 교반된 수용액의 pH를 5.0~10.0까지 조절하여 공침이 일어나도록 하는 단계와,상기 공침을 통해 제조된 침전물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2가지 이상의 금속이 결합된 수산화물 계열 전구체의 표면 개질을 통한 유용성 입자 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수산화물 계열 전구체와 유기산 간의 에스테르화 반응은, 150~200℃의 온도에서 30~180분간 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2가지 이상의 금속이 결합된 수산화물 계열 전구체의 표면 개질을 통한 유용성 입자 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수산화물 계열 전구체의 표면을 유기산을 이용하여 개질하는 단계 후,알코올을 이용하여 과량의 유기산을 제거하는 단계와,표면이 개질된 유용성 금속결합 나노입자를 원심분리로 회수하는 단계와,상기 회수된 유용성 금속결합 나노입자를 용매에 재분산시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2가지 이상의 금속이 결합된 수산화물 계열 전구체의 표면 개질을 통한 유용성 입자 제조방법.
