Claims (17)
- a) 디이소시아네이트와 b) 이소시아네이트기에 대해 반응성인 2 이상의 수소 원자를 가지는 화합물을 c) 촉매의 존재하에 반응시키고, 이어서 과량의 단량체 디이소시아네이트를 분리 제거함으로써, 이소시아네이트기를 포함하는 예비중합체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 사용된 디이소시아네이트 a)는 서로 다른 반응성의 이소시아네이트기를 가지는 비대칭성 디이소시아네이트이고 사용된 촉매 c)는 IVA, VA, IVB, VB 및 VIIIB 족 금속의 유기금속성 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 유기금속 촉매이며 이러한 유기금속 촉매는 단량체 디이소시아네이트를 분리 제거하기 전에 제거, 블록화 또는 불활성화시키는 것인 방법으로 상기 촉매는 시트르산, 말산, 타르타르산, 아세토아세트산, 2-클로로아세토아세트산, 벤조일아세트산, 아세톤디카르복실산, 디하이드로아세트산, 3-옥소발레르산 및 말론산 및 이들의 에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물로 불활성화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 비대칭성 디이소시아네이트는 톨릴렌 2,4'-디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 2,4'-디이소시아네이트 및/또는 이소포론 디이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 비대칭성 디이소시아네이트는 디페닐메탄 2,4'-디이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기금속 촉매는 리간드를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 리간드는 카르복실레이트 음이온, 알콕시드, 에놀레이트, 티올레이트, 머캅티드 및 알킬 리간드 또는 이들의 조합인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리간드는 킬레이트계의 형태로 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기금속 촉매는 디메틸주석, 디부틸주석 및 디옥틸주석 디라우레이트, 비스(도데실머갑티드), 비스(2-에틸헥실티오글리콜레이트), 디아세테이트, 말레에이트, 비스티오글리세롤; 옥틸주석 트리스(2-에틸헥실티오글리콜레이트), 비스(β-메톡시카르보닐에틸)주석 디라우레이트, 테트라이소프로필 티타네이트, 테트라-tert-부틸 오르소티타네이트, 테트라(2-에틸헥실)티타늄 및 비스(에틸아세토아세테이토)티타늄 디이소프로폭시드, 비스무트(III) 트리스(2-에틸헥사노에이트) 및 비스무트 라우레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기금속 촉매는 균일계 촉매인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기금속 촉매는 불균일계 촉매인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기금속 촉매는 지지체에 도포된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기금속 촉매는 루이스산 금속 불활성화제를 이용하여 불활성화시키는 것인 방법.

- 하기 화학식 (I)의 화합물로 표시되는, 이소시아네이트기를 포함하는 예비중합체의 제조에 사용되는 유기금속 촉매의 불활성화제:R1-X1-C(X2,R2)-(CH2)n-C(X3,R3) -X4-R4 (I)식 중, R1 및 R4는, 서로 독립적으로, 유기 라디칼이고, R2 및 R3은 각각, 서로 독립적으로, 부재하거나 수소이며, X1 및 X4는 각각, 서로 독립적으로, 부재하거나 산소이며, X2 및 X3은 루이스산 치환체이고, n은 1 내지 5의 정수이다.
