Claims (10)
- 하우징을 갖는 가공부를 구비한 압출기로서, 하우징에는 최소한 하나의 스크루 샤프트가 배치되며 상기 하우징은 가공될 재료를 위한 재료 입구 개구부를 일 단부에 구비하며 가공된 재료를 위한 재료 출구 개구부를 타 단부에 구비하며 재료 입구 개구부와 재료 출구 개구부 사이에 가공부로부터 가스의 배출을 위한 중간 개구부(5)를 구비하며, 상기 중간 개구부는 이에 연결되는 재료 유지 장치를 가지며 상기 재료 유지 장치는 중간 하우징(6) 내에 중간 개구부(5)로부터 중간 하우징(6)의 가스 출구 개구부(13)로 연장하며 재료를 중간 하우징(6)으로 진입시켜 가공부로 다시 이송하는 적어도 하나의 스크루 샤프트(7, 8)를 구비하는, 압출기에 있어서,가공부를 향한 스크루 샤프트(7, 8)의 스크루 부재(9, 10)가 가공부로의 나사 역공급 방향을 가지며, 가공부로부터 멀어지는 쪽을 향하는 스크루 샤프트(7, 8)의 스크루 부재(11, 12)는 나사의 반대 방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제1항에 있어서,나사의 역공급 방향을 갖는 스크루 부재(9, 10)는 나사의 반대 방향을 갖는 스크루 부재(11, 12)에 비해 짧게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,중간 하우징(6)은 가공부로 떨어진 단부에 분해의 고체 생성물을 위한 출구 개구부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제1항에 있어서,재료 보유 장치가 적어도 2개의 맞물림 스크루 샤프트(7, 8)들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제4항에 있어서,맞물림 스크루 샤프트(7, 8)들은 역회전 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제1항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 스크루 샤프트(7, 8)의 구동부가 스크루 샤프트(7, 8)와 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제6항에 있어서,구동부는 구동 기어(18 내지 21)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,구동부는 분할 기어 박스(22)에 배치되며, 단열 수단(23)은 상기 분할 기어 박스(22)와 재료 보유 장치의 중간 하우징(6) 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제1항에 있어서,환형 공간은 공정부의 하우징과 그 안의 축방향으로 연장하는 내부 코어 사이에 형성되며, 상기 공간은 동일한 중심 각 거리로 원을 따라 배치되며 여기서 연장하는 축 방향으로 평행한 회전 가능한 샤프트들을 구비하며, 각각의 샤프트는 다수의 탠덤 배치 스크루와 인근 샤프트들과 긴밀하게 맞물리는 다른 가공 부재를 이송하며, 상기 공간의 내측 상의 내부 코어와 하우징의 내벽은 채널형 축 방향으로 평행한 오목부들(4)을 구비하며, 가공 부재들을 구비한 특정 샤프트가 여기에 수용되고 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제1항에 있어서,압출기는 투명 플라스틱 제품의 압출을 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
