Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 제제의 제조시 알렌드로네이트를 봉입하기 위하여 도입한 in-situ 반응에서 우레아의 열분해에 따른 pH 변화를 측정한 도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 알렌드로네이트가 함량별로 봉입된 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 제제를 X-선 분말 회절기(X-ray powder diffraction, XRD)로 측정한 도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 알렌드로네이트가 함량별로 봉입된 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 제제의 봉입량을 확인하기 위하여 자외선-가시광선 분광 분석기(UV-VIS spectrophotometer)로 측정한 도이다.

Claims (5)
2) in-situ 반응으로, 상기 1)단계에서 형성된 유중수형 에멀젼을 승온시켜 우레아의 열분해에 의한 pH 상승을 통해 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 결정이 형성됨과 동시에 비스포스포네이트계 약물을 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 내부 및 표면에 봉입하는 단계를 포함하는 비스포스포네이트계 약물이 수산화아파타이트 내부 및 표면에 봉입되어 있는 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 약물전달체의 제조방법.
