상기 몸체부의 상부에 배치되고 상기 중공이 형성된 몸체부의 외측 둘레에서 소정의 길이가 이격되어 원주방향으로 연장되며, 원주방향을 따라 소정의 폭으로 하나 이상의 절개부를 형성하는 헤드부; 및
상기 몸체부의 외측에 일단이 결합되고 상기 헤드부의 절개부 사이에 마련되어 탄성적으로 상하로 움직이는 날개부를 포함하되,
상기 헤드부는,
