도 2는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 정량펌프의 일부 구성을 간략하게 도시한 도면이고,
도 3은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 정량펌프의 편심축과 펌핑축의 연결구성을 간략하게 도시한 사시도이고,
도 4는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 정량펌프의 내부 구성을 간략하게 도시한 단면도이고,
도 5는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 정량펌프의 구성을 도시한 도면이고,
도 6은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 정량펌프의 일부를 도시한 도면이고,
도 7은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 정량펌프에서 공기가 흡입되는 상태를 도시한 도면이고,
도 8은 본 발명의 제1실시예 및 제2실시예에 공통적으로 사용되는 다이어프램과 비교대상 다이어프램의 전진상태의 토출구 주변의 유로의 크기를 비교한 도면이다.
Claims (4)
- 구동축이 형성된 구동모터;
상기 구동모터의 상기 구동축의 중심에서 편심된 지점을 중심으로 하여 형성된 편심축;
흡입구와 토출구가 형성된 작동유실부;
상기 작동유실부의 일측을 형성하는 다이어프램;
상기 다이어프램의 일면에 고정되며 직선운동을 하는 펌핑축;
상기 펌핑축에 일단이 힌지연결되고 상기 편심축에 타단이 힌지연결되는 커넥팅로드;
상기 작동유실부의 상기 토출구의 외측에 형성되는 토출측체크볼수용부;
상기 토출측체크볼수용부에 구비되는 토출측체크볼;
상기 토출측체크볼수용부에 형성되어 상기 토출측체크볼을 상기 토출구로 가압하는 가압수단;
상기 다이어프램의 전진상태를 감지하는 제1센서;
상기 토출측체크볼이 상기 토출구로부터 상승한 정도를 감지하는 제2센서; 및
상기 제1센서와 상기 제2센서로부터 신호를 받아서 상기 구동모터의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하며,
상기 토출측체크볼수용부의 내경은 상기 토출측체크볼의 직경보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정량펌프. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 작동유실부의 상기 흡입구의 내측에 형성되는 흡입측체크볼수용부;
상기 흡입측체크볼수용부에 구비되는 흡입측체크볼;
상기 다이어프램의 후진상태를 감지하는 제1센서; 및
상기 흡입측체크볼이 상기 흡입구로부터 상승한 거리를 감지하는 제2센서; 및
상기 제1센서와 상기 제2센서로부터 신호를 받아서 상기 구동모터의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하며,
상기 흡입측체크볼수용부의 내경은 상기 흡입측체크볼의 직경보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정량펌프. - 제 1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 다이어프램은 가운데부분이 상기 작동유실부를 향하여 볼록하게 형성되고 상기 가운데 부분의 외측이 오목하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정량펌프.
