Claims (7)
- 피부 임피던스 측정 센서에 있어서,사용자 피부에 접촉되는 R 전극(Reference Electrode)과 C 전극(Current Carrying Electrode); 및상기 R 전극과 상기 C 전극 사이에 위치하고, 상기 R 전극 및 상기 C 전극 사이에 흐르는 전류의 임피던스(Impedance)를 측정하는 M 전극(Measuring Electrode)을 포함하고,상기 M 전극은,상기 R, C 전극이 상기 사용자 피부에 접촉된 이후에, 시간 차를 가지고 상기 사용자 피부에 접촉되도록, 상기 R 전극 및 상기 C 전극에 대해 단차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 임피던스 측정 센서.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 R 전극, 상기 C 전극, 및 상기 M 전극은 바(Bar) 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 임피던스 측정 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피부 임피던스 측정 센서는,상기 R 전극 및 상기 C 전극과 연결되고, 상기 R 전극 및 상기 C 전극으로부터의 압력에 따라 수축되는 탄성 소자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 임피던스 측정 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피부 임피던스 측정 센서는,상기 R 전극, 상기 C 전극, 및 상기 M 전극이 연결된 시소 암(seesaw arm) 부재(membrane)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 임피던스 측정 센서.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 시소 암 부재는,상기 R 전극 및 상기 C 전극의 변위(displacement)에 따라 탄성 운동하는 제1 탄성 소자; 및상기 M 전극과 연결되어 상기 제1 탄성 소자의 변위에 따라 탄성 운동하는 제2 탄성 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 임피던스 측정 센서.
