Description
Claims (13)
- 좌ㆍ우 양측에 냉매 유로(11a)(11b)가 각각 형성된 한 쌍의 플레이트(10)가 접합되어 이루어진 튜브(30)가 다수개 일렬로 적층되며, 상기 튜브(30)의 상부 또는 하부에 상기 튜브(30)와 연통된 탱크(40)가 형성되고, 상기 탱크(40)에 유입파이프(31) 및 배출파이프(32)가 각각 형성되며, 상기 튜브 사이에 핀이 개재되어 이루어진 증발기에 있어서,상기 튜브(30)의 냉매 유로(11a)(11b) 사이에 형성되고 상기 플레이트(10)와 일체로 형성되어 축냉재가 저장되는 축냉부(20)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축냉부(20)는 냉매 유로(11a)(11b)와 평행하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축냉부(20)는 적어도 2면 이상이 냉매유로(11a, 11b)와 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축냉부(20)의 상부 또는 하부에 축냉재가 유통되는 홀(21)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 탱크(40)는 상기 홀(21)과 연통되어 상기 축냉부(20)에 축냉재가 장입되도록 하는 축냉재장입부(41), 및 상기 축냉재의 장입시에 상기 축냉부(20) 내부에 잔존하는 공기가 배출되도록 하는 공기배출부(42)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 축냉재장입부(41) 및 공기배출부(42)는내측에 나사산이 형성되고 상기 홀(21)과 브레이징 결합되는 캡(43)과, 상기 캡(43)의 나사산에 결합되어 밀폐시키는 마개(44)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축냉부의 폭(l)은 인접한 냉매유로 폭(L1 + L2)의 0.3이상이며, 0.5배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 증발기(60)는 1-탱크식 증발기 또는 4-탱크식 증발기인 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 플레이트(10)는 상기 축냉부(20)의 상부 또는 하부 영역에도 냉매가 유통되도록 하여 상기 냉매유로(11a)(11b) 간의 냉매를 연통시키는 연통부(33)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 증발기(60)는상기 탱크(40)의 양측에 유입파이프(31), 및 배출파이프(32)가 각각 형성되 고,상기 유입파이프(31)를 통해 유입된 냉매는 상기 일측 탱크(40)로 유입되어 일측 냉매유로(11b)를 통해 타측 탱크(40)로 이동되는 제 1 영역(A1), 상기 제 1 영역(A1)을 통과하여 상기 타측 탱크(40)로 이동된 냉매가 일측 냉매유로(11b)를 통해 다시 일측 탱크(40)로 이동되고 상기 제 1 영역(A1)에 이웃하여 위치되는 제 2 영역(A2), 상기 일측 탱크(40)의 연통부(33)를 통해 이동된 냉매가 타측 냉매유로(11a)를 통해 타측 탱크(40)로 이동되는 제 3 영역(A3), 및 상기 제 3 영역(A3)을 통과하여 타측 탱크(40)로 이동된 냉매가 상기 타측 냉매유로(11a)를 통해 다시 일측 탱크(40)로 이동되고 상기 제 3 영역(A3)에 이웃하여 위치하는 제 4 영역(A4)을 거쳐 상기 배출파이프(32)를 통해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 연통부(33)를 형성하는 플레이트(10)는 일측 냉매유로(11b)에서 타측 냉매유로(11a)로 이동되는 냉매가 원활히 이동될 수 있도록 상기 축냉부(20)의 일정영역을 삭제하여 타측 냉매유로(11a) 상부의 폭이 넓게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부가 구비된 증발기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축냉부(20)는 상기 냉매유로(11a)(11b)와 인접한 면에 외측 또는 내측으로 돌기부(22)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축냉부의 폭(l)은 상측보다 하측이 더 넓게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축냉부를 구비한 증발기.
