Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 주행체로 주행하면서 복수의 피접합물을 접합기구에 의해 마찰교반 접합하는 마찰교반 접합장치에 구비되고, 피흡착물에 접촉한 상태에서 접합기구와 피접합물의 접촉상태를 유지하기 위해 흡인력을 작용시키는 흡착패드로서,상기 피흡착물에 접촉한 흡착상태와 상기 피흡착물에 접촉을 해제시킨 비흡착상태를 절체가능하고,상기 흡착패드는,흡인 공간의 주위를 둘러싸고, 기밀성 및 탄성을 가진 환상(環狀)의 밀폐체와,상기 밀폐체의 피흡착물에 직면하는 표면에 설치되어 피흡착물에 대한 마찰계수가 상기 밀폐체의 피흡착물에 대한 마찰계수보다 작은 재료에 의해 형성되는 활주체(滑走體)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착패드.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 흡인 공간에 있어서, 피흡착물을 향하여 연장되고, 상기 밀폐체보다 높은 강성을 가지면서 피흡착물에 대한 마찰계수가 상기 밀폐체의 피흡착물에 대한 마찰계수보다 작은 재료에 의해 형성되는 돌기부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착패드.
- 복수의 피접합물을 접합기구에 의해 마찰교반 접합하는 마찰교반 접합장치로서,청구항 1 또는 3에 기재된 상기 흡착패드와,미리 정해진 기준축선 주위로 회전자재로 설치되어 접합기구를 유지하는 기구유지부,기구유지부를 기준축선 주위로 회전구동하는 회전구동수단,기구유지부를 기준축선에 따라 변위구동하는 변위구동수단 및,기구유지부, 회전구동수단 및 변위구동수단을 탑재하여 주행가능한 주행체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰교반 접합장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 흡착패드는 복수 설치되어 있고,상기 복수개의 흡착패드는, 상기 주행체의 전방부에 위치하고 큰 흡착력을 갖는 메인 흡착패드와, 상기 메인 흡착패드보다 후방에 위치하고 작은 흡착력을 갖는 1개 이상의 보조적 흡착패드로 이루어지며,상기 1개 이상의 보조적 흡착패드의 개수와 배설되는 위치가 조절가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰교반 접합장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 흡착패드의 흡착상태와 비흡착상태를 절체하는 절체수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰교반 접합장치.
- 청구항 4에 기재된 마찰교반 접합장치와,접합부위에 따라 설치되어 피접합물의 강성보다 높은 강성의 안내레일을 포함하되,상기 흡착패드가 상기 안내레일에 흡착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰교반 접합시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 안내레일은, 주행에 동반하여 회전하는 상기 마찰교반 접합장치의 차륜이 접촉함과 더불어, 상기 흡착패드가 흡착하는 표면을 갖고, 상기 표면에는 흡착패드에 대한 마찰계수를 작게 하기 위한 미리 정해진 처리가 실시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰교반 접합시스템.
- 복수의 피접합물이 접합되는 접합부위에 따라 피접합물의 표면 상에 설치되어 피접합물의 표면에 평행하게 연장되는 평행연재부를 가진 안내레일과,가이드체를 갖추고, 평행연재부의 상기 피접합물에 대향하는 면에 가이드체를 접촉시켜 주행체로 주행하면서 복수의 피접합물을 접합기구에 의해 마찰교반 접합하는 마찰교반 접합장치를 포함하되,상기 안내레일은, 상기 피접합물의 표면에 수직한 안내면을 갖는 수직연재부를 더 가지고,상기 마찰교반 접합장치는, 상기 안내면에 접촉하는 제2가이드체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰교반 접합시스템.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 피흡착물에는 상기 흡착패드가 전자력(電磁力)으로 흡착가능하고,상기 흡착패드는, 전류가 공급되어 상기 피흡착물에 흡착가능한 전자석을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착패드.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 전자석을 상기 피흡착물에 대해 간극을 두고 유지하기 위한 복수의 돌기부를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착패드.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 돌기부의 선단이 구형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착패드.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 돌기부의 선단에는, 상기 피흡착물에 대해 미끄러지기 쉽게 하기 위한 활막부(滑膜部)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착패드.
- 복수의 피접합물을 접합기구에 의해 마찰교반 접합하는 마찰교반 접합장치로서,청구항 11에 기재된 상기 피흡착물에 흡착가능한 흡착패드와,미리 정해진 기준축선 주위로 회전자재로 설치되어 접합기구를 유지하는 기구유지부,기구유지부를 기준축선 주위로 회전구동하는 회전구동수단,기구유지부를 기준축선에 따라 변위구동하는 변위구동수단 및,기구유지부, 회전구동수단 및 변위구동수단을 탑재하여 주행가능한 주행체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 마찰교반 접합장치.
- 청구항 15에 있어서, 상기 흡착패드의 흡착상태와 비흡착상태를 절체하는 절체수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 마찰교반 접합장치.
- 청구항 15에 기재된 마찰교반 접합장치와,접합부위에 따라 설치되어 피접합물의 흡착되는 부분보다 높은 강성의 안내레일을 포함하되,상기 피흡착물이 상기 안내레일에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰교반 접합시스템.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 안내레일은 주행에 동반하여 회전하는 상기 마찰교반 접합장치의 차륜이 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰교반 접합시스템.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 상기 안내레일은, 상기 피접합물의 표면에 수직한 안내면을 갖는 수직연재부를 더 가지고,상기 마찰교반 접합장치는, 상기 안내면에 접촉하는 제2가이드체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 마찰교반 접합시스템.
