Claims (9)
- a) 유기 이소시아네이트를b) 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물과c) (1) 발포체 형성 물질의 총 중량 기준으로 0.5 중량% 초과의 물, 및 (2) 발포체 형성 물질의 총 중량 기준으로 9 내지 12 중량%의 HFC-245fa를 포함하는 발포제의 존재하에반응시켜 75 ℉에서 0.140 BTU in/hr.ft2 ℉ 미만의 k-계수를 갖는 경질 폴리우레탄/우레아 발포체를 제조하는 것을 포함하는 경질 발포체의 제조 방법.
- a) 유기 이소시아네이트를b) 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물과c) (1) 발포체 형성 물질의 총 중량 기준으로 0.5 내지 1.0 중량%의 물, 및 (2) 발포체 형성 물질의 총 중량 기준으로 9 내지 12 중량%의 HFC-245fa를 포함하는 발포제의 존재하에반응시켜 75 ℉에서 0.135 BTU in/hr.ft2 ℉ 이하의 k-계수를 갖는 경질 폴리우레탄/우레아 발포체를 제조하는 것을 포함하는 경질 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발포제 c)가(1) 발포체 형성 물질의 총 중량 기준으로 0.5 내지 0.9 중량%의 물, 및(2) 발포체 형성 물질의 총 중량 기준으로 9.5 내지 11.5 중량%의 HFC-245fa를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 a)가 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트 예비중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물 b)가 200 내지 650 ㎎ KOH/g의 히드록실 수를 갖는 폴리올 또는 폴리올 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제2항의 방법에 의해 제조된 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- a) 유기 이소시아네이트,b) 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물, 및c) (1) 발포체 형성 물질의 총 중량 기준으로 0.5 중량% 초과의 물, 및 (2) 발포체 형성 물질의 총 중량 기준으로 9 내지 12 중량%의 HFC-245fa를 포함하는 발포제를 포함하는, 75 ℉에서 0.140 BTU in/hr.ft2 ℉ 미만의 k-계수를 갖는 발포체를 제조하기 위한 발포체-형성 반응 혼합물.
