Description
Claims (9)
- 샘플 내의 분석대상물의 판별을 위한 테스트를 수행하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 동작 전극 및 반대 전극을 구비하는 전기화학적 테스트 스트립에 샘플을 도입하는 단계;(b) 상기 테스트 스트립의 상기 전극들 사이에 전위차 Vapp를 인가하고, 상기 샘플 내의 분석대상물의 판별을 제공하기에 충분한 전류 신호를 관측하는 단계;(c) 상기 동작 전극에서 분석대상물의 소모를 조화시키기에 충분한 물질이 상기 반대 전극에서 이용 가능할 때 변환점에서 전류에 있어서 최대값에서 발생하는 시간 tpeak을 결정하는 단계;(d) 시간 tswitch에 상기 인가된 전위를 스위치 오프하는 단계;(e) 상기 인가된 전위가 스위치 오프된 이후에 상기 전극들 사이의 전위가 미리 지정된 값으로 감소하는데 걸리는 시간인 시간 tmob를 결정하는 단계;(f) tpeak의 기댓값인 t'peak을 계산하는 단계로서, 상기 t'peak은 tmob의 함수인 tpeak, t'peak의 기댓값을 계산하는 단계; 및(g) tpeak - t'peak의 절대값을 미리 결정된 문턱값에 대하여 비교하고, 만일 상기 tpeak - t'peak의 절대값이 상기 문턱값보다 크다면 상기 테스트를 제외시키는 단계를 포함하는 샘플 내의 분석대상물의 판별을 위한 테스트를 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 n은 1/2이고 m은 -1인 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 내의 분석대상물의 판별을 위한 테스트를 수행하는 방법.
- 동작 전극 및 반대 전극을 구비하는 전기화학적 테스트 스트립을 수취하고, 수취되었을 때 상기 전기화학적 테스트 스트립에 적용되는 샘플 내의 분석대상물의 판별을 제공하는 계측기에 있어서, 상기 계측기는,(a) 전기화학적 테스트 스트립을 수취하기 위한 슬롯을 구비하는 하우징;(b) 사용자로부터 입력을 수신하고 사용자에게 결과를 통신하기 위한 통신수단;(c) 전위를 인가하고 관측된 전류로부터 분석대상물 농도를 결정하기 위한 수단;(d) 상기 동작 전극에서 분석대상물의 소모를 조화시키기에 충분한 물질이 상기 반대 전극에서 이용 가능할 때 변환점에서 전류에 있어서 최대값에서 발생하는 시간 tpeak를 판별하는 수단;(e) 시간 tswitch에서 상기 인가된 전위를 스위치 오프하고, 상기 인가된 전위가 스위치 오프된 이후에 상기 전극들 사이의 전위가 미리 결정된 값으로 감소하는데 걸리는 시간인 시간 tmob를 결정하기 위한 수단; 및(f) tpeak의 기댓값인 t'peak을 산출하고, 미리 결정된 문턱값에 대하여 tpeak-t'peak의 절대값을 비교하고, 만약 tpeak-t'peak의 절대값이 상기 문턱값보다 크다면 에러 메시지를 생성하기 위한 수단을 포함하고, 상기 t'peak은 tmob의 함수인, 계측기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 t'peak은 제2항 또는 제3항의 방법에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계측기.
- 제4항에 따른 계측기 및 상기 하우징 내에 수취된 전기화학적 테스트 스트립을 포함하는 측정 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학적 테스트 스트립은 포도당(glucose)의 측정을 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 측정 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 t'peak은 제2항 또는 제3항의 방법에 따라 결정되는, 측정 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학적 테스트 스트립은 포도당의 측정을 위한 것인, 측정 시스템.
