Description
도 2는 남자 태아 출산 참가자들에서 DYS14, U-PDE9A 및 GAPDH의 연관성을 나타낸 그래프이다. DYS14, U-PDE9A 및 GAPDH의 농도는 서로 의미있는 양성적인 연관성을 보였다 (P<0.001). 농도들 사이의 연관성은 Spearman's rank correlation을 사용하여 평가되었다. A) DYS14와 U-PDE9A B) DYS14 및 GAPDH C) U-PDE9A 및 GAPDH

Claims (11)
2) 성별을 판단하고자 하는 태아를 임신한 임산부의 혈장으로부터 추출된 태아 DNA로부터 DYS14 및 GAPDH의 농도를 측정하고, 측정된 DYS14 및 GAPDH의 농도로부터 DYS14 및 GAPDH의 농도 비율(DYS14/GAPDH)을 계산하는 단계; 및
3) 상기 2)단계에서 계산된 DYS14/GAPDH을 1)단계의 cutoff 값과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 태아의 성별 판단에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위한 시료의 분석방법.
태아 DNA의 GAPDH 또는 그 일부를 증폭시킬 수 있는 프라이머쌍을 포함하는 PCR용 시약세트;
bisulfite-처리된 태아 DNA의 PDE9A의 메틸화된 CpG 사이트와 비메틸화된 CpG 사이트를 구별할 수 있는 프라이머쌍을 포함하는 PCR용 시약세트를 포함하는 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 판별 장치용 시약 패키지.
