Abstract
이를 위한 본 발명의 LED 가로등은, 가로 방향과 세로 방향을 따라 각각 일정 간격으로 배열되는 복수의 저출력 LED(11)와, 상기 저출력 LED(11)를 보호하는 반구형의 1차 렌즈(12)와, 상기 1차 렌즈(11)의 외측에서 빛을 확산시키는 유선 형상의 2차 렌즈(13)를 포함하는 렌즈부(10)와; 상기 렌즈부(10)가 설치되는 외부 케이스(20)로 이루어지고, 상기 2차 렌즈(13)는 일체로 사출 성형되어 상기 외부 케이스(20)에 설치된다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 낮은 단가의 저출력 LED를 사용하면서도 렌즈를 이중으로 사용하여 광을 충분히 확산시키고 2차 렌즈를 일체형으로 사출 성형함으로써 가로등의 제작 단가를 줄임과 아울러 광의 경로를 용이하게 제어할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (8)
- 가로 방향과 세로 방향을 따라 각각 일정 간격으로 배열되는 복수의 저출력 LED와, 상기 저출력 LED를 보호하는 반구형의 1차 렌즈와, 상기 1차 렌즈의 외측에서 빛을 확산시키는 유선 형상의 2차 렌즈를 포함하는 렌즈부와;
상기 렌즈부가 설치되는 외부 케이스;로 이루어지고,
상기 2차 렌즈는 일체로 사출 성형되어 상기 외부 케이스에 설치되고, 옆으로 빠지는 광을 중심부로 모아주도록 내부면 상측이 반구형 단면을 갖도록 형성되며 하측은 원형 단면을 갖도록 형성되되, 외부면은 광을 발산하도록 곡면 형태로 형성되고, 상기 외부 케이스에 부착시키기 위한 탄성 소재와 함께 이중 사출되는 것을 포함하고,
상기 외부 케이스는 방열 효율의 향상을 위하여 일체형 다이캐스팅 공법으로 제작되고, 표면에 탄소나노튜브가 도포되어 방열 기능을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차 렌즈는,
광 확산을 통해 광 균일도를 유지하면서도 눈부심을 억제할 수 있도록 축대칭 광학계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 가로등.
