- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,금속 피복된 아산화붕소 입자의 소결을 핫 프레스를 이용하여 수행하는, 아산화붕소 복합 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,소결을 1900℃의 온도 및 50 MPa의 압력에서 수행하는, 아산화붕소 복합 물질의 제조 방법.
