Abstract
Description
도 2는 다양한 형상을 갖는 임플란트 픽스쳐 성형에 사용되는 여러 석영관의 모식도이다.
도 3은 하이드록시 아파타이트가 도핑된 구형의 순수 티타늄(cp Ti) 또는 티타늄 합금(Ti alloy) 분말의 모식도이다.
도 4은 석영관에 하이드록시 아파타이트가 도핑된 Ti 또는 Ti 합금 분말을 삽입하고 분말을 장입하고 전기 방전 소결하는 공정의 모식도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 전기방전으로 소결되는 임플란트의 모식도이다.
도 6은 도 5에 보인 임플란트의 열수처리 공정을 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 7는 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금과 하이드록시 아파타이트 고에너지 볼 밀링 이후 표면의 주사전자현미경 (SEM: scanning electron microscopy) 사진이다.
도 8은 도 7의 atomic mapping 사진이다.

- 50 ~ 450㎛의 크기를 갖는 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금 분말을 크기별로 분급하고 비슷한 크기의 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금 분말을 하이드록시 아파타이트 분말과 혼합하되, 혼합되는 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금 분말의 크기 범위에 따라 300 ~ 1200 rpm의 범위 내에서 조절하여 건식밀링을 수행함으로써 표면에 하이드록시 아파타이트가 도핑된 티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금 분말을 얻고, 도핑된 분말을 원하는 형상의 몰드에 장입하고;
전기방전기를 이용하여 300 ~ 450㎌의 전기를 통전시켜 전기 방전 소결을 수행하여 소결체의 중심부에는 코어를 형성시킴과 동시에 소결체 표면에는 하이드록시 아파타이트를 석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 임플란트 픽스쳐의 제조방법.

전기 방전 소결 후에, 소결체에 열수 처리를 수행하며, 열수 처리는 소결체를 증류수와 함께 고온, 고압으로 일정 시간 동안 유지시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 임플란트 픽스쳐의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
열수 처리시, 증류수에 NaOH 및 NH4OH와 같은 알칼리성 미네랄라이져가 추가로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 임플란트 픽스쳐의 제조방법.
