Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- a) 하기 화학식 III의 화합물을 하기 화학식 IV의 알키닐 화합물과 반응시키고 이어서 일산화탄소를 제거함으로써 하기 화학식 IIa의 단량체 플루오란텐 유도체를 제조하는 단계;c) 화학식 IIa의 단량체 플루오란텐 유도체를 중합시키는 단계를 포함하는, 하기 화학식 I의 반복 단위를 포함하는 폴리플루오란텐의 제조 방법:화학식 I화학식 IIa화학식 III화학식 IV상기 화학식들에서,R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6은 서로 각각 독립적으로 H, 알킬 라디칼, 알키닐 라디칼, 아릴옥시 라디칼, 방향족 라디칼, 융합 방향족 고리계, 헤테로 방향족 라디칼, -CH=CH2, 트랜스- 또는 시스-CH=CH-C6H5, 아크릴로일, 메타크릴로일, 메틸스티릴, -O-CH=CH2 또는 글리시딜, 또는 (여기서, Y는 아크릴로일, 메타크릴로일, 오르토- 또는 파라-메틸스티릴, -O-CH=CH2 또는 글리시딜임)이며;X1, X2은 서로 중합될 수 있는 기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R4 및 R5는 각각 H인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R3 및 R6은 각각 H인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1 및 R2는 알킬 라디칼인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 중합은 니켈 또는 팔라듐 화합물의 존재 하에 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, X1 및 X2는 각각 F, Cl, Br 및 I 중에서 선택되는 할로겐인 것인 제조 방법.

- 1 이상의 제9항의 폴리플루오란텐으로 구성되거나 이를 포함하는 필름.
- 1 이상의 제9항의 폴리플루오란텐을 포함하는 유기 발광 다이오드(OLED).
- 1 이상의 제9항의 폴리플루오란텐으로 구성되거나 이를 포함하는 발광층.
- 제12항의 발광층을 포함하는 유기 발광 다이오드(OLED).
- 제11항에 따른 OLED를 구비하는, 고정형 VDU 및 이동형 VDU로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 장치.
- 제13항에 따른 OLED를 구비하는, 고정형 VDU 및 이동형 VDU로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제16항에 있어서,c) 단계에서의 중합은 화학식 IIa 또는 IIb의 제1 플루오란텐 유도체와는 상이한 화학식 IIa 또는 IIb의 추가의 플루오란텐 유도체, 화학식 IIa의 플루오란텐 유도체의 기 X1 및 X2, 또는 화학식 IIb의 플루오란텐 유도체의 기 X3 및 X4와 중합될 수 있는 2개의 기 X5 및 X6을 각각 갖는 방향족, 융합 방향족 및 헤테로 방향족 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 이상의 추가의 공단량체와 함께 수행되는 것이며, 이 경우, X5 및 X6는 서로 중합될 수 있는 기인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,X1 및 X2는 각각 F, Cl, Br 및 I 중에서 선택되는 할로겐이고,X3 및 X4는 각각 F, Cl, Br 및 I 중에서 선택되는 할로겐, 에스테르화 설포네이트 또는 화학식 -B(O-[C(R7)2]n-O의 붕소 포함 라디칼이고,X5 및 X6은 각각 F, Cl, Br 및 I 중에서 선택되는 할로겐, 에스테르화 설포네이트 또는 화학식 -B(O-[C(R7)2]n-O의 붕소 포함 라디칼이며;라디칼 R7은 동일 또는 상이하며, 서로 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-C20-알킬이고;n은 2 내지 10의 정수이며;단,라디칼 X1 및 X2 또는 X3 및 X4 및 또한 X5 및 X6은 할로겐 및 에스테르화 설포네이트 대 붕소 포함 라디칼의 몰 비가 0.8:1 내지 2.1:1이 되도록 선택하거나, 또는 단량체 플루오란텐 유도체 중 라디칼은 각각 할로겐이고, 이들은 적절할 경우 라디칼 X5 및 X6이 또한 각각 할로겐인 추가의 공단량체와 반응하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 1 이상의 추가의 공단량체는 페닐렌비스보론산, 페닐렌비스보론산 에스테르, 페닐렌비스보론산 또는 페닐렌비스보론산 에스테르의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체; 디할로 치환된 벤젠, 디할로 치환된 벤젠의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체; 안트라센비스보론산, 안트라센비스보론산 에스테르, 디할로안트라센, 디할로 치환된 트리아릴아민, 디할로 치환된 트리아릴아민의 비스보론산, 디할로 치환된 트리아릴아민의 비스보론산 에스테르, 디할로 치환된 트리아릴아민의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체, 이의 비스보론산, 이의 비스보론산 에스테르, 디할로 치환된 나프탈렌, 할로 치환된 나프탈렌의 비스보론산, 디할로 치환된 나프탈렌의 비스보론산 에스테르, 이의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체; 디할로 치환된 플루오렌, 디할로 치환된 플루오렌의 비스보론산, 디할로 치환된 플루오렌의 비스보론산 에스테르, 이의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체; 디할로 치환된 카르바졸, 디할로 치환된 카르바졸의 비스보론산, 디할로 치환된 카르바졸의 비스보론산 에스테르, 이의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체; 디할로 치환된 디벤조푸란, 디할로 치환된 디벤조푸란의 비스보론산, 디할로 치환된 디벤조푸란의 비스보론산 에스테르, 이의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체; 디할로 치환된 피렌, 디할로 치환된 피렌의 비스보론산, 디할로 치환된 피렌의 비스보론산 에스테르, 이의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체, 디할로 치환된 페난트렌, 디할로 치환된 페난트렌의 비스보론산, 디할로 치환된 페난트렌의 비스보론산 에스테르, 및 이의 알킬 또는 알콕시 치환된 유도체로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 1 이상의 추가의 공단량체는 페닐렌비스보론산, 페닐렌비스보론산 에스테르 및 디할로 치환된 트리아릴아민으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
