Claims (11)
- (A) (ⅰ) 세륨(Ce), 지르코늄(Zr) 및 레늄(Re) 중 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속의 수용성 염, (ⅱ) 수용성 백금염, (ⅲ) C2∼C10의 알킬렌 옥사이드 및 (ⅳ) 물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물을 알루미나, 실리카, 타이타니아 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 담체에 담지시켜 촉매를 제조하는 단계,(B) 상기 (A) 단계로부터 얻은 촉매를 건조하는 단계, 및(C) 상기 (B) 단계로부터 얻은 촉매를 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속의 수용성 염은 세륨 질산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 백금염은 할로겐 원소를 함유하거나 또는 함유하지 않는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 백금염은 염화백금산(H2PtCl6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬렌 옥사이드는 프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 부틸렌 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물은 촉매 조성물 중에 존재하는 각 양이온 종의 몰수와 산화수를 곱한 값의 총합의 0.5∼10배의 몰수에 해당되는 양의 알킬렌 옥사이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금계 촉매는 1∼20중량%의 금속, 0.1∼10중량%의 백금 및 70∼98중량%의 담체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 담체는 (ⅰ) 분말, (ii) 구형 (ⅱ) 입자형으로 압출 가공된 압출품 또는 (ⅲ) 타정품임을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 담체는 메탈폼(metal foam), 쎄라믹 폼(ceramic foam) 및 허니컴(honeycomb)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단일체(monolith) 기재, 금속판 또는 금속 직물(metal fabrics)에 코팅 된 형태로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금계 촉매는 분쇄된 후 슬러리 형태로 메탈폼, 쎄라믹 폼 및 허니컴으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단일체 기재, 금속판 또는 금속 직물에 코팅되는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화/환원 반응용 백금계 촉매의 제조방법.
