Claims (14)
- 분쇄성 지수가 35~60인 석유계 코크스를 2500℃ 이상 3500℃ 이하로 열처리해서 얻어지는 흑연으로 이루어지는 심재와, 그 표면에 존재하는 탄소질층을 갖는 복합 흑연 입자로서:
라만 분광 스펙트럼으로 측정되는 1300~1400㎝-1의 범위에 있는 피크 강도(ID)와 1500~1620㎝-1의 범위에 있는 피크 강도(IG)의 강도비(ID/IG)는 0.1 이상이고,
레이저 회절법에 의해 측정되는 체적 기준 누적 입도 분포에 있어서의 50% 입자 지름(D50)은 3㎛ 이상 30㎛ 이하이고, 또한
바인더를 사용해서 밀도 1.35~1.45g/㎤으로 가압 성형했을 때에 X선 광각회절법에 의해 측정되는 110 회절 피크의 강도(I110)와 004 회절 피크의 강도(I004)의 비(I110/I004)는 0.2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
X선 광각회절법에 의해 측정되는 002 회절 피크에 근거하는 d002는 0.334㎚ 이상 0.342㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
질소 흡착에 근거하는 BET 비표면적은 0.2~30㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
탄소질층의 양은 심재 100질량부에 대하여 0.05~10질량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
탄소질층은 유기 화합물을 500℃ 이상의 온도로 열처리해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
유기 화합물은 석유계 피치, 석탄계 피치, 페놀 수지, 폴리비닐알코올 수지, 푸란 수지, 셀룰로오스 수지, 폴리스티렌 수지, 폴리이미드 수지 및 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
레이저 회절법에 의해 측정되는 체적 기준 누적 입도 분포에 있어서의 50% 입자 지름(D50)은 3㎛ 이상 10㎛ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
레이저 회절법에 의해 측정되는 체적 기준 누적 입도 분포에 있어서의 50% 입자 지름(D50)은 10㎛ 이상 30㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 복합 흑연 입자의 제법으로서:
분쇄성 지수가 35~60인 석유계 코크스를 2500℃ 이상 3500℃ 이하로 열처리해서 흑연으로 이루어지는 심재를 얻고,
유기 화합물을 흑연으로 이루어지는 심재에 부착시키고, 이어서
500℃ 이상의 온도로 열처리하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 흑연 입자의 제법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 복합 흑연 입자, 바인더 및 용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 또는 페이스트.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
천연 흑연을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 또는 페이스트. - 집전체와, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 복합 흑연 입자를 함유하는 전극층을 갖는 적층체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 시트.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
전극층은 천연 흑연을 더 함유하고, 또한
X선 광각회절법에 의해 측정되는 110 회절 피크의 강도(I110)와 004 회절 피크의 강도(I004)의 비(I110/I004)가 0.1 이상 0.15 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 시트. - 제 12 항에 기재된 전극 시트를 음극으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 전지.
