Abstract
Description
DE 10 2004 007 865 A1호에는 진공 기술을 이용해서 폴리우레탄을 함유하는 결합 소자를 제조하기 위한 방법이 기재되어 있으며, 이 경우 외부 층을 몰드 제품 안에 삽입한 후에는 폴리우레탄 시스템이 개방된 몰드 안으로 삽입되거나 또는 폐쇄된 몰드 안으로 삽입된다. 이때 외부 층 그리고 계속해서 존재하는 캐리어 층은 폴리우레탄 시스템의 발포 공정에서 상호 간격을 유지한다.
WO 2005/065935 A1호에도 마찬가지로 폴리우레탄-재료가 폐쇄된 포움 몰드의 공동부 공간 안으로 삽입되며, 이 경우 포움 몰드 안에는 미리 열가소성 재료 및 장식용 재료가 삽입되어 있을 수 있다. 상기 열가소성 재료 및 장식용 재료는 DE 2004 007 865 A1호에 기재된 바와 마찬가지로 상호 간격을 유지한다.
WO 2005/035218 A1호는 사출 성형 기계를 기술하고 있으며, 상기 사출 성형 기계의 폐쇄 유닛이 중간 플레이트를 구비한 회전 장치를 포함함으로써, 두 개의 공구가 개별 플레이트 사이에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 공구들의 공동부 내에서는 제조될 다성분-제품이 두 단계의 방법으로 연속으로 형성될 수 있다.
마찬가지로 회전 가능한 중간 부분을 구비한 폐쇄 유닛은 WO 00/73040호에도 개시되어 있다. 상기 간행물에서는 폐쇄 유닛의 공구 내에서도 다수의 공동부가 형성될 수 있으며, 상기 공동부 안에서는 다성분-제품이 연속하는 방법 단계들로 형성될 수 있다.
한 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 열가소성-재료가 캐리어 소자로서 사용될 수 있다.
Claims (11)
- 캐리어 소자, 단단한 표면 소자, 그리고 상기 캐리어 소자와 표면 소자 사이에 있는 중간 소자로 이루어진 다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,제 1 단계에서는 사출 성형 방법을 이용해서 폐쇄 유닛 내부에 캐리어 소자를 제조하고,폐쇄 유닛 내부에 있는 캐리어 소자를 이동시키는, 다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기와 같은 이동 동작을 실행하는 경우에는 표면 소자의 위치를 캐리어 소자에 대하여 소정의 간격을 두고 설정하며,캐리어 소자와 표면 소자 사이에 있는 중간 공간을 제 1 단계와 동일한 사이클에 폴리우레탄-재료로 완전히 채우며,상기 폴리우레탄-재료를 사전에 혼합 헤드 내에서 반응성 혼합물로 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,발포성의 또는 포움을 형성하는 폴리우레탄-재료를 폴리우레탄-재료로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,열가소성 재료를 캐리어 소자로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 중간 공간을 완전히 채울 때에 상기 캐리어 소자뿐만 아니라 상기 표면 소자를 폐쇄 유닛의 몰드 중공부 내부에 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,박막 또는 장식용 층을 표면 소자로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 표면 소자를 플라스틱 재료, 플라스틱 혼합물 또는 금속으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,두 개 몰딩 공구 절반을 위한 밀봉부로서 이용되는 삽입 소자를 몰딩 중공부 안으로 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,제 1 단계에서 다수의 캐리어 소자를 제조하며,그와 동시에 또는 그 다음에 상응하는 개수의 몰딩 공구 공동부 내부에 표면 소자를 삽입하고, 캐리어 소자에 대하여 소정의 간격을 두고 위치 설정하며, 그리고상기 캐리어 소자와 표면 소자 사이에 있는 중간 공간을 폴리우레탄-재료로 완전히 채우는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,두 개의 외부 몰드 고정 플레이트 그리고 그 사이에 배치된 한 개의 방향 전환 플레이트를 구비한 방향 전환 플레이트-폐쇄 유닛을 사용하며, 이 경우에는 캐리어 소자를 위한 몰드 공동부를 형성하기 위하여 그리고 상기 중간 공간을 완전히 채우기 위한 몰드 공동부를 형성하기 위하여 공동부를 사이클 방식으로 구현하는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
