Description
Claims (7)
- 증기열 교환기(蒸氣熱 交換器)(1)와,처리액(處理液)(2)을 저장하기 위한 가열처리조(加熱處理槽)(3)를 구비하고,상기 증기열 교환기(1)는, 상기 가열처리조(3)에 배치된 증기 가열관(蒸氣 加熱管)(4)과, 증기를 상기 증기 가열관(4)의 상류단(上流端)으로 인도하는 증기 공급관(蒸氣 供給管)(5)과, 증기 가열관(4)의 하류단(下流端)에 접속된 드레인 도관(drain 導管)(7)과, 상기 처리액(2)으로부터 인출되고 있는 상기 드레인 도관(7)의 하류측 부분에 접속되어 있는 스팀트랩(steam trap)(8)을 구비하고,상기 증기 가열관(4)은, 그 상류측의 응축 전열관부(凝縮 傳熱管部)(11)와, 그 하류측의 현열 전열관부(顯熱 傳熱管部)(12)를 구비하고,상기 스팀트랩(8)의 드레인 배출능력은, 상기 응축 전열관부(11)에 있어서, 상기 처리액(2)의 가열온도인 상기 증기열 교환기(1)의 사용온도에 있어서 발생하는 증기응축량과 같아지게 되도록 설정되어 있고, 이에 따라 상기 현열 전열관부(12)가 응축수(凝縮水)에 의하여 방수상태로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기열 교환 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스팀트랩은 소정의 지름의 오리피스(orifice)인 것을 특징으로 하는 증기열 교환 시스템.
