Claims (10)
- 평균직경이 100~2,000㎚이고 상온에서 물에 녹지않는 폴리비닐알코올 나노섬유들로 구성되며, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 나노섬유들 사이에 평균직경이 0.5~3㎛인 공극들이 형성되어 있고, 두께가 0.5~50㎛인 나노섬유 부직포(A)층을 포함하여 ASTM F 756 방법으로 측정한 용혈율이 10% 이하이고, 흡수높이가 2~10㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 제거용 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노섬유 부직포(A) 상에 1~3층의 합성섬유 부직포(B,C)가 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 제거용 필터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 합성섬유 부직포(B,C) 각각은 폴리에스테르 멜트브로운 부직포, 폴리에스테르 스펀본드 부직포 및 폴리에스테르 니들펀칭 부직포 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 제거용 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나노섬유 부직포(A) 내 공극의 평균직경이 1.5~3㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 제거용 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나노섬유 부직포(A)의 두께가 2~10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 제거용 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백혈구 제거용 필터는 ASTM F 2149-01 방법으로 측정한 백혈구 제거율이 90% 이상이고, ASTM F 2149-01 방법으로 측정한 적혈구 회수율이 85% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 제거용 필터.
- 삭제
- 검화도가 80% 이상인 폴리비닐알코올 수지를 물에 10~30% 농도로 용해시켜 제조한 방사용액을 고전압이 걸려 있는 노즐(3)로 공급한 후, 상기 노즐(3)을 통해 노즐과 반대 전하를 갖는 고전압이 걸려 있는 컬렉터(4) 상에 전기방사하여 폴리비닐알코올을 나노섬유들로 이루어진 나노섬유 부직포를 제조하는 공정; 및 제조된 나노섬유 부직포를 160~200℃에서 2시간 이상 열처리하는 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 제거용 필터의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 열처리된 나노섬유 부직포 상에 1~3층의 합성섬유 부직포를 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 제거용 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 백혈구 제거용 필터를 포함하는 수혈 유닛.
