Abstract
이를 위한 본 발명의 부직포 및 그 제조방법은 녹는 점이 35∼100℃인 폴리비닐알코올 섬유와 면 섬유를 혼합하고, 상기 혼합된 폴리비닐알코올 섬유와 면 섬유를 카딩 및 워터펀칭하여 부직포로 제조한 후, 상기 부직포에 열반응을 시켜 상기 부직포에 엘라스틱이 부여되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)
- 부직포를 구성함에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 수용 가능 온도가 35∼100℃인 폴리비닐알코올 섬유와 면 섬유가 혼합되어 이루어지되,
상기 폴리비닐알코올 섬유는 수용성 액체와의 열반응을 통해 엘라스틱이 부여된 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 액체와의 열반응은 상기 부직포에 35∼100℃의 물을 가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 액체와의 열반응은 상기 부직포를 마스크 팩용 에센스와 함께 밀봉한 후, 여기에 열을 가하여 상기 밀봉된 내부의 온도가 35∼100℃가 되도록 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유 10~60중량%와 면 섬유 40~90중량%가 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 마스크 팩, 거즈 또는 붕대 중 어느 하나로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포. - 수용 가능 온도가 35∼100℃인 폴리비닐알코올 섬유와 면 섬유를 혼합하는 단계와,
상기 혼합된 폴리비닐알코올 섬유와 면 섬유를 카딩 및 워터펀칭하여 부직포로 제조하는 단계와,
상기 부직포를 수용성 액체와 열반응시켜 엘라스틱이 부여되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포의 제조방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 부직포를 수용성 액체와 열반응시켜 엘라스틱이 부여되도록 하는 단계는,
상기 부직포에 35∼100℃의 물을 가해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포의 제조방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 부직포를 수용성 액체와 열반응시켜 엘라스틱이 부여되도록 하는 단계는,
상기 부직포에 마스크 팩용 에센스를 투입하여 밀봉하는 단계와,
상기 밀봉된 부직포에 열을 가하여 상기 밀봉된 내부의 온도가 35∼100℃가 되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포의 제조방법. - 제 6항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유 10~60중량%와 면 섬유 40~90중량%가 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 이용한 엘라스틱 부직포의 제조방법.
