Claims (2)
- 철갑상어와 핵산을 계량하는 원료계량 과정과;
상기 계량된 원료를 40도에서 4시간동안 혼합하는 제1 혼합 과정과;
상기 혼합된 원료를 100메시(mesh)로 여과하는 여과 과정과;
상기 여과된 여과액에 남아있는 핵산을 제거하는 농축 과정과;
상기 농축된 액에서 철갑상어를 핵산을 용매로 일정조건에서 추출 여과한 후 추출액에서 핵산을 제거한 후 남은 지용성 물질인 정제유와, 철갑상어 정제유 제조시 여과 과정에서 필터를 통과하지 못하고 걸러진 물질인 슬러지를 혼합하는 제2 혼합 과정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철갑상어의 오메가 3 추출 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 원료계량 과정은,
상기 철갑상어와 핵산의 배합 비율을 16.67%와 83.33%로 하고, 투입량을 800.16g과 3999.84g으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철갑상어의 오메가 3 추출 방법.
