Abstract
Description
도 1은 접촉각의 개략적인 설명을 나타낸다. 도 1a 및 도 1b: 친수성 표면에 대한 전형적인 물 접촉각. 접촉각 알파 (α)는 전형적으로 0° 내지 30°이다. 도 1c 및 도 1d: 소수성 표면에 대한 전형적인 물 접촉각. 접촉각 알파 (α)는 전형적으로 90° 내지 180°이다.

도 2는 코팅 조성물로 처리된 유리 표면 상의 물방울의 대표적인 이미지를 나타낸다. 도 2a 및 도 2c: 본 발명의 코팅 조성물의 대표적인 예로 처리된 유리 표면. 도 2b 및 도 2d: 대표적인 비교 코팅 조성물로 처리된 유리 표면. 도 2a 및 도 2b는 초기 물방울 형성을 나타낸다. 도 2c 및 도 2d는 마모 시험의 600회 스트로크 후의 물방울 형성을 나타낸다.
Claims (8)
- (A) 코팅 조성물; 및
(B) 상기 코팅 조성물을 상기 표면 위에 적용하기 위한 어플리케이터
를 포함하며, 상기 코팅 조성물이,
a) 일반식 Rf-(CH2)2-SiCl3 (여기서, Rf는 3 내지 18개의 알킬 탄소 원자를 갖는 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼 기임)을 갖는 화합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 퍼플루오로알킬트라이클로로실란 0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량%;
b) 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 카르복실산 0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량%; 및
c) 적어도 하나의 플루오르화 용매 80 중량% 내지 99.8 중량%
로 본질적으로 이루어지고, 상기 백분율은 코팅 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하는, 기재의 표면을 발수성으로 만들기 위한 키트. - 제1항에 있어서, (C) 상기 어플리케이터를 사용하여 상기 코팅 조성물을 상기 표면 위에 적용하는 데 대한 사용설명서 또는 (D) 상기 표면을 세정하기 위한 하나 이상의 세정제, 또는 이들 모두를 추가로 포함하는 키트.

- 제1항에 있어서, Rf는 하기 일반식을 갖는 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼 기로부터 선택되는 키트:
F(CF2)n
(여기서, n은 6 내지 16의 정수임). - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬트라이클로로실란은 퍼플루오로헥실에틸트라이클로로실란, 퍼플루오로옥틸에틸트라이클로로실란, 퍼플루오로데실에틸트라이클로로실란, 퍼플루오로도데실에틸트라이클로로실란, 퍼플루오로테트라데실에틸트라이클로로실란, 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 키트.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 밀봉 용기에 포장되는 키트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 가요성 용기이고, 상기 코팅 조성물은 상기 가요성 용기의 압착에 의해서 상기 기재에 공급되는 키트.
