Claims (16)
- 섬유가 어느 일부에 주목했을 때, 반경 5㎜ 이내에 존재하는 섬유군의 90% 이상의 섬유가 상기 섬유의 어느 일부가 갖고 있는 기준선으로부터의 각도로부터 ±10°이내에 배향된 상태에 있는 다수개의 강화 섬유와 상기 다수개의 강화 섬유의 사이에 존재하는 매트릭스 수지로 이루어지는 프리프레그 기재로서: 상기 프리프레그 기재는 그 전면에 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 직각인 방향에 대하여 사행하여 배열되어 있는 다수개의 절개를 갖고, 상기 절개는 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향과 이루는 사행각도(Θb)의 절대치가 2∼25°의 범위내이고, 절개에 의해 분단되어 있지 않은 연속 섬유가 배열되어 있는 면적이 프리프레그 기재의 면적에서 차지하는 비율이 5% 이하이며, 상기 절개에 의해 분단된 각 강화 섬유 세그먼트의 길이(L)가 10∼100㎜이고, 상기 프리프레그 기재의 두께(H)가 30∼300㎛이며, 상기 프리프레그 기재에 있어서의 상기 강화 섬유의 섬유 체적 함유율(Vf)이 45∼65%인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 절개는 일정한 길이를 갖는 절개 세그먼트로 이루어지고, 상기 절개 세그먼트를 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향으로 투영했을 때의 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 직각인 방향에 있어서의 상기 절개 세그먼트의 투영 길이(Ws)가 1∼10㎜이며, 상기 프리프레그 기재의 두께(H)가 30∼150㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 절개는 일정한 길이를 갖는 절개 세그먼트로 이루어지고, 상기 절개 세그먼트를 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향으로 투영했을 때의 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 직각인 방향에 있어서의 상기 절개 세그먼트의 투영 길 이(Ws)가 30㎛∼1.5㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 절개 세그먼트는 3개 이상의 같은 방향을 향하는 직선 상에 배열되어 3열 이상의 절개 열을 형성하고, 또한 인접하는 상기 절개 열의 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 있어서의 간격이 서로 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재.

- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 절개 세그먼트는 상기 프리프레그 기재의 상면과 하면의 각각으로부터 상기 프리프레그 기재의 두께방향으로 상기 프리프레그 기재를 관통하지 않고 형성되고, 상기 절개 세그먼트의 절개의 깊이(Hs)가 상기 프리프레그 기재의 두께(H)에 대하여 0.4H∼0.6H이며, 상기 상면의 임의의 절개 세그먼트(A)와, 상기 절개 세그먼트(A)와 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 있어서 인접하는 상기 상면의 절개 세그먼트(B)의 간격을 La라고 하면, 상기 간격(La)이 10∼100㎜이며, 상기 절개 세그먼트(A)로부터 상기 절개 세그먼트(B) 방향으로의 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 있어서의 거리가 0.4La∼0.6La인 위치에 상기 하면에 있어서의 절개 세그먼트(C)의 기하 중심이 위치하고, 상기 상면의 상기 절개 세그먼트(A)와 상기 절개 세그먼트(B) 사이에 위치하는 상기 강화 섬유의 일부가 상기 상면의 상기 절개 세그먼트(A)와 상기 하면의 상기 절개 세그먼트(C), 또는 상기 상면의 상기 절개 세그먼트(B)와 상기 하면의 상기 절개 세그먼트(C)에 의해 분단되어 있음과 아울러, 상기 상면에 있어서의 절개 세그먼트의 기하 형상 및/또는 상기 하면에 있어서의 절개 세그먼트의 기하 형상이 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 절개의 각각이 상기 프리프레그 기재의 전체 폭에 걸쳐서 연속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 절개는 일정한 길이를 갖는 절개 세그먼트로 이루어지고, 상기 절개 세그먼트를 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향으로 투영했을 때의 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 직각인 방향에 있어서의 상기 절개 세그먼트의 투영 길이(Ws)가 30㎛∼100㎜이며, 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 있어서 인접하는 상기 절개 세그먼트의 기하 형상이 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 각 절개가 직선상으로 형성되고, 상기 각 강화 섬유 세그먼트의 길이(L)가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재.
- 섬유가 어느 일부에 주목했을 때, 반경 5㎜ 이내에 존재하는 섬유군의 90% 이상의 섬유가 상기 섬유의 어느 일부가 갖고 있는 기준선으로부터의 각도로부터 ±10°이내에 배향된 상태에 있는 다수개의 강화 섬유와 상기 강화 섬유에 부착되어 있는 매트릭스 수지로 이루어지는 프리프레그 기재의 복수매가 적층되어 일체화된 적층 기재로서: 상기 적층된 프리프레그 기재의 적어도 일부가 제 1 항에 기재된 프리프레그 기재이며, 상기 적층된 프리프레그 기재의 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향이 서로 다른 2방향 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재.
- 섬유가 어느 일부에 주목했을 때, 반경 5㎜ 이내에 존재하는 섬유군의 90% 이상의 섬유가 상기 섬유의 어느 일부가 갖고 있는 기준선으로부터의 각도로부터 ±10°이내에 배향된 상태에 있는 다수개의 강화 섬유와 상기 강화 섬유에 부착되어 있는 매트릭스 수지로 이루어지는 프리프레그 기재의 복수매가 적층되어 일체화된 적층 기재로서: 상기 적층된 프리프레그 기재의 2장 이상이 서로 인접하는 제 2 항에 기재된 프리프레그 기재로 이루어지고, 상기 인접하는 2장의 프리프레그 기재의 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향의 각도의 어긋남이 ±10° 이내이며, 상기 인접하는 2장의 프리프레그 기재의 상기 절개 세그먼트의 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향에 있어서의 배열 간격이 같고, 또한 상기 인접하는 2장의 프리프레그 기재의 한쪽 프리프레그 기재의 상기 절개 세그먼트의 위치와 다른쪽 프리프레그 기재의 상기 절개 세그먼트의 위치가 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향으로 어긋나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 기재.
- 섬유가 어느 일부에 주목했을 때, 반경 5㎜ 이내에 존재하는 섬유군의 90% 이상의 섬유가 상기 섬유의 어느 일부가 갖고 있는 기준선으로부터의 각도로부터 ±10°이내에 배향된 상태에 있는 강화 섬유로 이루어지는 강화 섬유층이 복수층 적층된 적층체와 매트릭스 수지로 이루어지는 섬유강화 플라스틱으로서: 상기 강화 섬유층의 2층 이상은 서로 상기 강화 섬유의 배열방향이 다른 상태에서 적층되고, 섬유 체적 함유율(Vf)이 45∼65%이며, 상기 강화 섬유층의 1층과 그것에 부수되는 상기 매트릭스 수지로 구성되는 섬유-수지층의 1층 이상의 섬유-수지층이 상기 층의 전면에 인접층이 침입하여 있지 않은 복수의 절개 개구부를 갖고, 상기 절개 개구부에 의해 상기 강화 섬유가 분단되며, 분단된 강화 섬유의 강화 섬유 세그먼트의 길이(L)가 10∼100㎜이며, 상기 절개 개구부의 상기 층의 표면에 있어서의 표면적이 상기 층의 표면적의 0.1∼10%이며, 상기 층의 평균 두께(Hc)가 15∼300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 플라스틱.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 프리프레그 기재의 제조 방법으로서: 다수개의 강화 섬유를 일방향으로 가지런히 정돈해서 매트릭스 수지를 함침해서 예비 프리프레그를 준비하는 공정과, 준비된 예비 프리프레그에 롤러 외주면에 나선상으로 칼날이 형성된 회전날 롤러를 눌러 접촉시켜 상기 강화 섬유를 절단하는 절개를 상기 예비 프리프레그에 넣는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그 기재의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 기재된 적층 기재를 사용하고, 성형 금형에 있어서의 상기 적층 기재의 차지율을 50∼95%로 하며, 상기 적층 기재를 가압 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 플라스틱의 제조 방법.
