Claims (6)
- 몸체;
일단이 상기 몸체에 연결되어, 상하로 회전되는 암; 및
상기 몸체에 탈착 가능하게 제공되는 제어 유닛을 포함하되,
상기 제어 유닛은,
제어판; 및
상기 제어판이 부착되어 상기 제어판을 냉각시키는 냉각 플레이트를 포함하고,
상기 몸체에는 상기 제어판이 삽입되는 홀이 형성되되, 상기 제어 유닛이 상기 몸체에 부착되면 상기 냉각 플레이트는 상기 몸체로부터 노출되는 도막 형성 로봇. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 유닛의 일측을 상기 몸체에 대해 회전 가능하게 고정시키는 힌지는,
상기 냉각 플레이트 또는 상기 몸체에서 상기 홀과 인접한 곳의 일 측에 제공되는 힌지 로드; 및
상기 힌지 로드에 대응되게 상기 냉각 플레이트 또는 상기 몸체에서 상기 홀과 인접한 곳의 타측에 제공되되, 상기 힌지 로드가 삽입되어 상기 힌지를 이루는 고정 부재를 포함하는 도막 형성 로봇. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 유닛의 타측을 상기 몸체에 대해 고정시키는 스냅 패스너 및 상기 스냅 패스너와 결합되는 고리 중 하나는 상기 몸체에서 상기 홀과 인접한 곳에 제공되고, 다른 하나는 상기 플레이트의 측면에 제공되는 도막 형성 로봇. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 스냅 패스너 및 상기 고리는 상기 힌지의 반대쪽에 위치되는 도막 형성 로봇. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 플레이트에는 상기 제어판이 부착되는 면의 반대쪽에 위치되는 외면에 홈이 형성되고,
상기 냉각 유닛은 상기 외면에 부착되는 덮개를 더 포함하고,
상기 덮개와 상기 홈 사이에는 냉매가 흐르는 냉매 유로가 형성되는 도막 형성 로봇. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 플레이트의 측면에 돌출되게 제공되고 상기 냉매 유로와 연통되는 연결관이 제공되는 도막 형성 로봇.
