Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 밀폐용기; 상기 밀폐용기의 내부에 고정 설치되고 나선형의 고정랩이 형성되는 고정스크롤; 및 상기 고정스크롤의 고정랩에 맞물려 상대운동을 하면서 두 개 한 쌍의 압축실을 이루도록 나선형의 선회랩이 형성되는 선회스크롤;을 포함하고,상기 고정스크롤에는 압축실의 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 연통되는 적어도 한 개 이상의 바이패스홀이 형성되고, 상기 바이패스홀의 출구측에는 그 바이패스홀의 단면적보다 넓은 단면적을 가지도록 중간압 챔버가 형성되며, 상기 중간압 챔버에는 상기 바이패스홀을 개폐하는 체크밸브가 설치되고,상기 바이패스홀은 복수 개가 형성되고, 상기 체크밸브는 한 개가 구비되어 상기 복수 개의 바이패스홀을 함께 개폐하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바이패스홀은 복수 개가 형성되고, 상기 체크밸브는 복수 개가 구비되어 상기 복수 개의 바이패스홀을 각각 개폐하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 체크밸브의 일단은 고정단으로 형성되고 타단은 자유단으로 형성되어 그 자유단이 상기 고정단을 중심으로 회전하면서 상기 바이패스홀을 개폐하는 외팔보 형태의 밸브로 이루어지는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 체크밸브는 미끄러지면서 상기 바이패스홀을 개폐하는 피스톤 밸브로 이루어지는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 바이패스홀의 내주면에는 냉매안내홈이 형성되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 체크밸브는 일체형으로 형성되어 상기 중간압 챔버에 고정되는 한 개의 고정부와, 상기 각 바이패스홀에 대응하도록 상기 고정부에 절개 형성되는 복수 개의 개폐부들로 이루어지는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바이패스홀은 두 개의 압축실에 각각 연통되도록 복수 개가 형성되고, 상기 중간압 챔버는 복수 개의 바이패스홀을 함께 수용하도록 형성되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 바이패스홀은 원주방향을 따라 180°의 위상차를 두고 형성되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 바이패스홀은 반경방향을 따라 동일선상에 형성되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중간압 챔버의 일측에는 그 중간압 챔버가 흡입압을 형성하는 부위와 연통되도록 연통구멍이 형성되고, 상기 연통구멍에는 그 연통구멍을 선택적으로 개폐하여 압축기의 모드를 전환하는 제어밸브가 더 설치되는 스크롤 압축기.
