Claims (7)
- 일정 온도로 가열되고 원하는 모양으로 절단되며, 표면에 엠보싱이 성형된 인서트 필름과, 사출 성형으로 만들어지는 용융수지를 일체로 성형하기 위한 장치로서:
인서트 필름이 안착되도록 오목하게 형성된 안착부를 구비하는 고정다이(200)와:
상기 안착부와의 사이에서 캐비티(500)를 형성하기 위한 캐비티 형성부(320)와, 상기 고정다이의 일부에 밀착하도록 고정다이에 대하여 상하로 이동가능한 코어(340), 상기 코어를 상방으로 탄성적으로 지지하는 탄성수단, 그리고 상기 캐비티로 용융수지를 공급하기 위한 런너(400)를 구비하는 이동다이(300)를 포함하여 구성되고;
상기 인서트 필름은 상기 안착부 내에 안착되도록 절단되고, 인서트 필름의 하부의 기재층(106)이 상기 런너를 통하여 공급되는 용융수지와 일체로 성형되며;
상기 코어는 캐비티의 외주면을 따르도록 성형되거나, 캐비티의 외주면을 포함하도록 성형되고;
상기 코어는, 고정다이와 이동다이가 일정거리 이격된 상태에서 고정다이의 일부와 밀착하여 캐비티 내부로 유입되는 용융수지가 외부로 배출되는 것을 방지하고;
상기 코어(340)는 캐비티형성부(320)와 동일한 높이를 가지고, 이동다이(300) 상면보다는 높게 성형되어, 고정다이와 이동다이가 밀착하는 과정에서 하방으로 이동하여 캐비티 성형부(320)가 캐비티의 체적을 감소하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 인서트 사출성형장치. - 삭제
