Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 단열 및 방음 기능 향상을 위한 에어로겔이 포함된 단열성 조성물을 이용한 단열원단의 제조방법이 도시된 순서도이다.

- 단열성 조성물을 이용한 단열원단의 제조방법에 있어서,
용매로 물 80-100중량부, 접착바인더로 CMC 1-2중량부, 에어로겔 분말은 3-5중량부 및, 10㎛이하의 입자이면서 0.06-0.15g/cm3의 밀도인 카본블랙 분말을 1-5중량부로 혼합하는 단열성 조성물을 제조하는 제10단계(S10);
이동하는 원단의 외표면에 상기 단열성 조성물을 도포하는 제20단계(S20);
상기 단열성 조성물이 상기 원단의 내부로 흡수되도록 상기 원단의 외표면을 롤러 또는 블레이드로 가압하는 제30단계(S30);를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 제10단계(S10)는,
용매와 접착바인더를 혼합하여 수용성 바인더 혼합물을 만드는 제11단계(S11);
상기 수용성 바인더 혼합물에 제1첨가제를 첨가하여 혼합하는 제12단계(S12);
상기 수용성 바인더 혼합물에 에어로겔 분말을 첨가하여 분산하는 제13단계(S13);
상기 수용성 바인더 혼합물에 에어로겔 분말 및 제1첨가제가 혼합된 분산물에 제2첨가제를 첨가하여 혼합하는 제14단계(S14); 및
상기 제2첨가제가 혼합된 상태에서 카본블랙 분말을 첨가하여 분산하는 제15단계(S15);를 포함하되,
상기 제12단계(S12)에서 상기 제1첨가제로, 상기 용매, 접착바인더, 에어로겔 분말 및 카본블랙 분말의 혼합물 대비 1-2중량비의 수성 아크릴계 수지,
흄드실리카 및 글라스버블을 포함한 다공성 무기산화물 분말 및,
에틸렌 글리콜 또는 프로필렌글리콜의 부동액 중 적어도 하나 이상 첨가하고, 상기 제14단계(S14)에서 상기 제2첨가제로, 상기 용매, 접착바인더, 에어로겔 분말 및 카본블랙 분말의 혼합물 대비 1-5중량비의 루틸형태의 이산화티타늄, 탄화규소, 적철석 및 자철석을 포함한 10㎛이하의 입자를 갖는 무기산화물 중 적어도 하나 이상 첨가하며,
상기 제30단계(S30)에서,
상기 롤러는 원단의 폭과 유사하거나 더 크게 제작되고, 원단의 양측면에 접촉하도록 배치되거나 일측면에만 배치되어 상기 롤러의 가압으로 상기 단열성 조성물이 원단에 흡수되도록 하거나,
상기 블레이드는 원단의 폭과 유사하거나 더 크고, 탄성을 갖는 하부가 뾰족한 측면형상을 갖도록 제작되며, 하부가 휘어져 이송되는 원단에 접촉하도록 배치되고, 하부가 원단을 가압하여 상기 단열성 조성물이 원단에 흡수되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 및 방음 기능 향상을 위한 에어로겔이 포함된 단열성 조성물을 이용한 단열원단의 제조방법.
