Claims (10)
- 원심 분리기이며,
사용 시 회전 축을 중심으로 회전하는 보울로서, 상기 회전 축은 상기 보울의 종방향으로 연장되는, 보울과,
상기 종방향에 직각으로 연장되는 반경 방향과,
상기 보울 내에 동축으로 배열되고 사용 시 상기 회전 축을 중심으로 회전하며, 가속 챔버를 포함하는 컨베이어와,
상기 보울에 의해 반경방향 외향으로 한정되고 상기 컨베이어에 의해 반경방향 내향으로 한정되는 분리 챔버와,
상기 가속 챔버 내에 상기 컨베이어와 동축으로 배열되어, 사용 시 컨베이어보다 낮은 속력으로 컨베이어에 대해 상기 회전 축을 중심으로 회전하는 공급 가속기를 포함하고,
상기 가속 챔버는 분리 챔버 내로의 공급 재료의 유입을 위한 공급 포트를 구비하고,
상기 공급 가속기는 공급 재료의 배출을 위한 배출 출구를 가지며,상기 배출 출구를 통해 상기 컨베이어의 가속 챔버 내로 공급 재료가 배출되는, 원심 분리기에 있어서,
상기 공급 포트는 제1 축방향 영역에 걸치고, 상기 배출 출구는 제2 축방향 영역에 걸치고, 제1 및 제2 축방향 영역은, 공급 재료가 배출 출구로부터 공급 포트를 통해, 반경방향 및 원주방향 성분을 갖는 방향으로 유동하도록 상호 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는
원심 분리기. - 제1항에 있어서,
제2 축방향 영역은 제1 축방향 영역 내에서 연장되는
원심 분리기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공급 가속기는 유입 튜브와 케이싱을 포함하고, 상기 배출 출구는 상기 유입 튜브의 측벽 내에 배출 포트에 의해 제공되고, 상기 케이싱은 상기 배출 포트로부터 연장되는 만곡된 벽 부분을 갖되, 상기 벽 부분은 상기 유입 튜브로부터 접선으로 연장되는
원심 분리기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 공급 가속기는 2개의 배출 출구를 포함하는
원심 분리기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 배출 출구의 케이싱은 교환가능 케이싱에 의해 제공되는
원심 분리기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 교환가능 케이싱은 상기 공급 포트를 통해 상기 케이싱을 상기 유입 튜브에 부착하도록 구성되는 장착부를 포함하는

상기 케이싱은 유입 튜브에 대향된 그의 단부에 마모 패드를 구비하는
원심 분리기. - 제1항에 있어서,
