Claims (10)
- 리튬 이차전지용 전극조립체의 제조방법에 있어서,
양극판, 음극판 및 세퍼레이터를 마련하는 단계;
상기 양극판, 상기 음극판 및 상기 양극판과 상기 음극판 사이에 상기 세퍼레이터를 개재시키고 권취하여 젤리롤을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 젤리롤을 건조하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 음극판 마련 단계는, 음극 집전체에 음극 활물질을 도포하는 단계; 상기 음극 활물질이 도포된 음극 집전체를 압연하는 단계; 및 상기 압연된 음극 집전체를 건조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 양극판 마련 단계는, 양극 집전체에 양극 활물질을 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 양극 활물질이 도포된 양극 집전체를 압연하는 단계;를 포함하되, 상기 양극 집전체의 압연 단계 이후 상기 양극 집전체를 건조하는 단계는 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 젤리롤을 건조하는 단계는, 상기 젤리롤을 70℃ 내지 120℃의 온도에서, 30분 내지 5시간 동안 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압연된 음극 집전체를 건조하는 단계는, 상기 압연된 음극 집전체를, 150℃ 내지 300℃의 온도에서, 1시간 내지 15시간 동안 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 음극 활물질은, 리튬 금속, 탄소재, 금속 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은, 리튬 함유 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 양극판, 음극판 및 세퍼레이터를 마련하는 단계;
상기 양극판, 상기 음극판 및 상기 양극판과 상기 음극판 사이에 상기 세퍼레이터를 개재시키고 권취하여 젤리롤을 형성하는 단계;
상기 젤리롤을 건조하는 단계;
상기 건조된 젤리롤을 전지 케이스에 수납하는 단계; 및
비수 전해액을 상기 전지 케이스에 주입하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 음극판 마련 단계는, 음극 집전체에 음극 활물질을 도포하는 단계; 상기 음극 활물질이 도포된 음극 집전체를 압연하는 단계; 및 상기 압연된 음극 집전체를 건조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 양극판 마련 단계는, 양극 집전체에 양극 활물질을 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 양극 활물질이 도포된 양극 집전체를 압연하는 단계;를 포함하되, 상기 양극 집전체의 압연 단계 이후 상기 양극 집전체를 건조하는 단계는 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 젤리롤을 건조하는 단계는, 상기 젤리롤을 70℃ 내지 120℃의 온도에서, 30분 내지 5시간 동안 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 압연된 음극 집전체를 건조하는 단계는, 상기 압연된 음극 집전체를 150℃ 내지 300℃의 온도에서, 1시간 내지 15시간 동안 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 전지 케이스는 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법. - 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 이차전지.
