- 제1항, 및 제4항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 약학적 조성물은 예견된 허혈 및 재관류 손상 중 적어도 하나의 발생을 예방, 감소 또는 치료하기 위한 것인 용도, 약학적 조성물.
- 허혈 및 재관류 손상 중 적어도 하나를 예방, 감소 또는 치료하기 위한 약학적 조성물로서,제1항, 및 제4항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 C1 억제제를 포함하고, 상기 약학적 조성물은 예견된 허혈 및 재관류 손상 중 적어도 하나의 발생 전에 투여되는 것인, 약학적 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 약학적 조성물은 예견된 허혈 및 재관류 손상 중 적어도 하나의 발생 전 최대 3시간 전에 투여; 및/또는이를 필요로 하는 대상 및/또는 장기 이식의 경우에는 이식될 장기에 연속적으로 투여되는 것인, 약학적 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 예견된 허혈 및 재관류 손상의 발생은 장기 이식인 것인, 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항, 및 제4항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 약학적 조성물은 렉틴 경로를 통해 일어나는 것으로 알려져 있는 허혈 및 재관류 손상 중 적어도 하나 또는 뇌졸증의 예방, 감소 또는 치료를 위한 것인, 약학적 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 C1 억제제는 신경보호적 효과를 발휘하는 것인, 약학적 조성물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 C1 억제제는 해마 및/또는 피질 내에서 신경보호적 효과를 발휘하는 것인, 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항, 및 제4항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 C1 억제제는 허혈 및/또는 재관류에 의해 유도되는 병변의 감소를 발휘하는 것인, 약학적 조성물.
