Claims (6)
- 다수의 수소탱크에 각각 설치된 온도센서에서 검출된 온도 값을 각각 T1,T2,T3,...,Tn으로 정의하고, 상기 T1,T2,T3,...,Tn을 각각 온도 모니터링하는 온도체크단계;
상기 T1,T2,T3,...,Tn를 각각에 대해 서로의 온도 값을 비교하고, 비교 후 서로의 온도 값중 특정 온도 차가 존재하는지 체크하는 온도비교단계;
상기 특정 온도 차가 발생된 온도 센서가 이상(Fail)으로 판단되고, 상기 특정 온도 차가 발생되지 않은 온도 센서가 정상으로 판단되는 온도센서판단단계;
이상(Fail)으로 판단된 온도 센서가 설치된 수소탱크의 충전 시나 연료량 계산 시, 이상(Fail)으로 판단된 온도 센서의 온도 값을 배제하는 대신 정상으로 판단된 온도 센서의 온도 값이 적용되는 온도센서이상대처단계;
로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 탱크 온도 이상 대처 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 특정 온도 차는 20℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 탱크 온도 이상 대처 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 온도체크단계에서, 상기 온도 모니터링은 주행중 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 탱크 온도 이상 대처 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 특정 온도 차가 발생된 온도 센서는 운전석의 클러스터에서 이상(Fail)으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 탱크 온도 이상 대처 방법.
- 다수의 수소 탱크에 각각 설치되고, 상기 수소 탱크의 각각에 대한 온도를 검출하는 다수의 온도 센서와;
상기 다수의 온도 센서가 각각 검출한 온도 값의 모니터링으로 특정 온도 차가 존재하는 온도센서를 이상(Fail)으로 판단하고, 이상(Fail)으로 판단된 온도센서의 온도 값을 충전제어로직이나 연료량 계산로직에서 배제시키는 제어기와;
운전석의 클러스터에 구비되어져 이상(Fail)으로 판단된 온도센서가 표시되는 표시기;
가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 탱크 안전강화장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 다수의 수소 탱크의 각각은 700bar의 고압과 -40~85℃의 허용 온도가 적용되고, 상기 온도센서의 이상(Fail)으로 판단되는 특정 온도 차는 20℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 탱크 안전강화장치.
