Claims (7)
- 정보를 프로세싱할 수 있는 휴대용 전자 디바이스로서,
상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 는 사용자에게 고정될 수 있도록 구성된 바디 (2), 및 정보를 프로세싱하는 적어도 하나의 전자 어셈블리 (16) 를 포함하고, 상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 의 상기 바디 (2) 는 상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스에 형상 및 두께를 제공하는 플라스틱 재료의 층에 의해 형성되며, 상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 는 정보를 프로세싱하는 상기 전자 어셈블리 (16) 가 실장되도록 요구되는 측에 상기 바디 (2) 를 코팅하는 제 1 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (4), 및 상기 제 1 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (4) 에 고정된 제 2 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (36) 을 포함하고, 상기 정보를 프로세싱하는 전자 어셈블리 (16) 는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 불투과성 플라스틱 막들 (4, 36) 사이에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 의 상기 바디 (2) 는 가요성 플라스틱 재료의 층으로 형성되는, 휴대용 전자 디바이스. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 의 상기 바디 (2) 는 가요성 탄성 중합체로 제조되는, 휴대용 전자 디바이스. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 는 정보를 디스플레이하는 적어도 하나의 디지털 정보 디스플레이 디바이스 (20), 및 상기 정보를 프로세싱하는 전자 어셈블리에 전력을 공급하는 전원을 더 포함하는, 휴대용 전자 디바이스. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 전원은 적어도 하나의 태양 전지 (32) 에 의해 전력이 공급되는 재충전가능한 축전지 (28) 를 포함하는, 휴대용 전자 디바이스. - 정보를 프로세싱할 수 있는 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 는 사용자에게 고정될 수 있도록 구성된 바디 (2) 및 정보를 프로세싱하는 적어도 하나의 전자 어셈블리 (16) 를 포함하고, 상기 휴대용 전자 어셈블리 (1) 의 상기 바디 (2) 는 상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 에 형상 및 두께를 제공하는 플라스틱 재료의 층으로 형성되며,
상기 방법은,
- 제 1 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (4) 의 외부 면 상에, 상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스 (1) 의 상기 바디 (2) 를 형성하는 상기 플라스틱 재료의 층을 오버몰딩하는 단계;
- 상기 제 1 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (4) 의 내부 면 측에 정보를 프로세싱하는 상기 전자 어셈블리 (16) 를 실장하는 단계; 및
- 상기 제 1 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (4) 과 제 2 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (36) 사이에, 상기 정보를 프로세싱하는 전자 어셈블리 (16) 를 하우징하는 불투과성 캐비티 (40) 를 한정하도록, 상기 제 1 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (4) 에 상기 제 2 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (36) 을 고정시는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자 디바이스 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 휴대용 전자 디바이스의 상기 바디를 형성하는 상기 플라스틱 재료를 몰딩하는 단계에 앞서, 상기 제 1 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (4) 에 원하는 윤곽을 제공하도록 상기 제 1 불투과성 플라스틱 막 (4) 을 열성형하는 것으로 이루어지는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자 디바이스 제조 방법.
