Abstract
Description
본 발명의 배경기술은 미국 특허공보 제8104748호(공고일: 2012년 1월 31일)에 개시되어 있다.
도 2는 단위 중공사막(A) 및 단위 중공사막(B)의 사시도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 침지식 중공사막 모듈의 단면도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 중공사막의 길이에 따른 압력 변화를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 의한 모듈의 중공사막 내부의 압력 분포의 예를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (7)
- 중공사막(A) 및 중공사막(B)를 포함하여 내경이 상이한 2 종 이상의 중공사막이 구비되고,
상기 중공사막 (A) 및 (B)의 상부 개방단에 가하여진 초기 압력이 P0이며,
하부 개방단의 압력이 각각 PA 및 PB인 경우,
하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 중공사막 모듈:

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막(A)의 내경(RA)은 0.4 내지 1.2mm이고, 상기 중공사막(B)의 내경(RB)은 상기 중공사막(A)의 내경(RA)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막(A)와 상기 중공사막(B)의 총 막 면적 비(A/B)는 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막 모듈은 가압식이고, P0>0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가압식 중공사막 모듈은 원수 유입구, 농축수 배출구, 및 처리구 배출구가 구비된 하우징 및 상기 하우징 내부에 복수개의 중공사막 (A) 및 (B)가 상기 하우징의 길이 방향으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막 모듈은 침지식이고, P0<0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 모듈.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 침지식 중공사막 모듈은
헤더; 및
상기 헤더에 포팅되고, 상기 헤더의 길이방향과 수직방향으로 배열된 복수개의 중공사막 (A) 및 (B);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막 모듈.
