Claims (6)
- 기판 상에 배치되어 수평 및 수직 성분의 광축을 갖는 레이저빔을 각각 발산하는 복수의 레이저 다이오드;
각 레이저 다이오드로부터 발산된 수평 및 수직 성분의 광축을 갖는 레이저빔들을 집광시키는 렌즈부; 및
각 레이저 다이오드의 출사부와 상기 렌즈부의 입사면 사이에 각각 배치되며, 각 레이저 다이오드로부터 발산된 레이저 빔을 상기 렌즈부로 각각 전달하는 복수의 광섬유를 포함하되,
상기 복수의 레이저 다이오드는 상기 렌즈부를 기준으로 방사형으로 배치되며,
상기 복수의 레이저 다이오드는 적어도 2개의 그룹으로 구성되며, 1그룹과 2그룹은 서로 다른 높이에서 레이저 빔이 발산되고, 상기 2그룹은 상기 1그룹에 비해 상기 렌즈부로부터 더 멀리 떨어져 있으며,
상기 각 그룹 내의 레이저 다이오드들은 동일한 광학길이로 상기 복수의 광섬유에 각각 집광되며,
상기 1그룹과 2그룹의 레이저 다이오드들은 서로 교대로 방사형으로 배치되며,
각 레이저 다이오드로부터 발산되는 레이저 빔의 최대 파워가 출력되는 위치에 각 광섬유가 정렬되도록 각 레이저 다이오드의 출사부 근처에 배치되는 복수의 정렬부재가 더 구비되는 레이저 다이오드 모듈.

상기 렌즈부의 입사면 근처에 배치되며, 각 광섬유로부터 전달된 레이저 빔을 상기 렌즈부의 입사면에 일정하게 입사시킬 수 있도록 각 광섬유를 고정하는 고정부재가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 다이오드 모듈.
