Claims (18)
- 직경이 0.5 ㎚ 내지 0.8 ㎚인 미세 기공을 전체 기공의 70 부피% 내지 90 부피%로 포함하고, 표면에 질소계 작용기가 도입되며,
상기 질소계 작용기는 1이상의 아미노기가 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기; 1이상의 아미노기가 치환된 탄소수 3 내지 20의 시클로알킬기; 및 1이상의 아미노기가 치환된 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 질소계 작용기에 포함된 질소의 함량은 활성탄소 중량을 기준으로 3 중량% 내지 10 중량%인, 활성탄소.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전체 기공의 부피가 2.000 ㎤/g 내지 2.500 ㎤/g인, 활성탄소.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 활성탄소의 직경이 0.01 ㎛ 내지 0.9 ㎛인, 활성탄소.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 직경이 0.01 ㎛ 내지 0.9 ㎛인 활성탄소는 직경이 0.1 ㎛ 내지 0.5 ㎛인 활성탄소를 70 개수% 내지 90 개수%로 포함하는, 활성탄소.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 활성탄소의 비표면적이 3,000 m2/g 내지 4,000 m2/g인, 활성탄소.

- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 알카리염 및 질소계 작용기를 포함한 유기 화합물의 중량비가 1:1.5 내지 1:5인, 활성탄소의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 전구체 및 알카리염의 중량비가 1:1.5 내지 1:2.5인, 활성탄소의 제조 방법.

상기 탄소 전구체, 알카리염 및 질소계 작용기를 포함한 유기 화합물을 포함한 반응 혼합물을 형성하는 단계는,
