Abstract
본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 종래의 방법에 비하여 제조 공정이 간단하며, 저렴한 비용으로 상반된 특성을 갖는 표면체를 제조할 수 있기에 특히 유용하다.
Description
도 2는 에칭 전후의 표면체를 XPS로 분석한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (17)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법:
(a) 다공성 기판의 양쪽면에 초소수성 중합체를 증착시켜 기판의 양쪽면에 초소수성을 부여하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 초소수성이 부여된 다공성 기판의 일면을 강염기 용액으로 습식식각하여 친수성으로 표면 개질시켜 기판의 일면은 초소수성 영역이고, 다른 일면은 친수성 영역을 가지는 야누스 표면체를 수득하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 유리, 금속, 금속산화물, 목재, 종이, 섬유, 플라스틱, 고무, 피혁 및 실리콘 웨이퍼로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제2항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱은 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene, PE), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene, PP), 폴리스티렌(polystyrene, PS), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate, PET), 폴리아미드(polyamides, PA), 폴리에스터(polyester, PES), 폴리염화비닐(polyvinyl chloride, PVC), 폴리우레탄(polyurethanes, PU), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC), 폴리염화비닐리덴(polyvinylidene chloride, PVDC), 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE), 폴리에테르에테르케톤(polyetheretherketone, PEEK) 및 폴리에테르이미드(polyetherimide, PEI)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초소수성 중합체의 단량체는 비닐기 및 불소를 포함하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증착은 화학적 기상 증착법(CVD), 플라즈마 화학 증착법(PECVD) 또는 개시제를 이용한 화학 기상 증착법(iCVD)으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 식각은 KOH 및 TMAH(테트라메틸암모늄수산화물)로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 강염기 용액을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계 이전에 기판의 양쪽면에 가교제를 증착시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 비닐기(vinyl group)를 2개 이상 포함하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 10은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제9항에 있어서, 상기 비닐기(vinyl group)를 2개 이상 포함하는 화합물은 2,4,6,8-테트라메틸-2,4,6,8-테트라비닐시클로테트라실록산, 1,3,5-트리메틸-1,3,5-트리비닐시클로트리실록산, 디비닐벤젠, 디에틸렌글리콜디비닐에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트 및 1,3-디에테닐-1,1,3,3-테트라메틸-디실록산으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법:
(a) 기판의 양쪽면에 퍼플루오로데실메타아크릴레이트(PFDMA)를 증착시켜 기판의 양쪽면에 초소수성 영역을 가지는 초소수성 표면체를 제조하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 제조된 초소수성 표면체의 일면을 KOH 용액으로 습식 식각하여 친수성으로 표면 개질시켜 기판의 일면은 초소수성 영역이고, 다른 일면은 친수성 영역을 가지는 야누스 표면체를 수득하는 단계.

- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 기능성 섬유의 제조방법:
(a) 원단이 권취된 롤원단에서 원단이 언와인드되면서 초소수성 단량체와 개시제를 이용하여 상기 롤원단의 양쪽면에 초소수성 중합체를 증착시키는 단계;
(b) 상기 초소수성을 가진 원단의 일면을 염기용액 반응기에서 습식 식각 처리함으로써 친수성으로 표면 개질시켜 원단의 일면은 초소수성 영역이고, 다른 일면은 친수성 영역을 가지는 야누스 섬유를 수득하는 단계.
- 다음을 포함하는 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 기능성 섬유의 제조장치:
원단이 권취된 롤원단이 언와인드될 때 롤원단의 양쪽면에 초소수성 단량체와 개시제를 분사하는 반응기;
상기 반응기를 통과한 롤원단의 일면을 강염기용액으로 처리하는 습식 식각처리조;
상기 습식 식각처리조를 통과한 롤원단을 건조시키는 건조기; 및
상기 건조기를 통과한 롤원단을 와인딩시키는 권취롤.
- 다음을 포함하는 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 기능성 섬유의 제조장치:
원단이 권취된 롤원단이 언와인드될 때 롤원단의 양쪽면에 초소수성 단량체와 개시제를 분사하여 초소수성을 형성하기 위한 반응기;
상기 초소수성이 부여된 다공성 기판의 일면에 초소수성 보호층을 형성하기 위한 도포장비;
상기 다공성 기판의 타면을 플라즈마를 이용하여 친수성을 형성하기 위한 플라즈마 장비; 및
상기 보호층을 제거하여 상기 일면이 초소수성을 가지도록 하는 보호층 제거기.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 초소수성 영역과 친수성 영역을 가지는 표면체의 제조방법:
(a) 다공성 기판의 양쪽면에 초소수성 중합체를 증착시켜 기판의 양쪽면에 초소수성을 부여하는 단계;
(b) 상기 초소수성이 부여된 다공성 기판의 일면에 초소수성 보호층을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 다공성 기판의 타면을 플라즈마 처리하여 친수성을 부여하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 초소수성 보호층을 제거하여 상기 일면이 초소수성을 가지도록 하고 타면은 친수성 영역을 가지는 야누스 표면체를 수득하는 단계.
