에틸렌계 재료 및 실리콘 폴리옥사미드 중합체를 포함하는 층을 갖는 폴리프로필렌계 필름을 동시 이축 배향하여 90% 이상의 시감 투과율, 4% 이하의 탁도 및 광학각 시험에 의한 측정시 10° 이하의 지연 효과를 나타내는 다층 용품을 형성하는 단계
