- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 몰드 내의 포화된 스팀은 9 내지 20(바 절대값)의 범위에서 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 추가의 스크림 층이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 적층된 다층은 상기 블렌드된 웹 또는 발포체 층 또는 열 반사층의 추가의 층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 열 반사층은 인접한 층을 단지 부분적으로만 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 강화 섬유는 유리섬유, 현무암 섬유 또는 탄소 섬유와 같은 광물계 섬유, 또는 스팀 압력 하에 폴리아미드의 용융 온도보다 높은 DSC에 따라 측정된 용융 온도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 인조 섬유, 또는 아마, 코코넛 또는 양마 섬유의 천연 섬유 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 강화 섬유는 유리섬유, 현무암 섬유 또는 탄소 섬유의 광물계 섬유와, 스팀 압력 하에 폴리아미드의 용융 온도보다 높은 DSC에 따라 측정된 용융 온도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 섬유의 인조 섬유, 또는 아마, 코코넛 또는 양마 섬유의 천연 섬유의 블렌드인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 강화층을 형성하는 강화 섬유는 20-40중량%의 폴리아미드, 20-50중량%의 유리섬유, 및 20-50중량%의 폴리에스테르, 천연 섬유, 또는 폴리에스테르 및 천연 섬유의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 매트릭스는 폴리아미드-6, 폴리아미드-6.6 또는 코-폴리아미드, 또는 다양한 타입의 폴리아미드의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 오픈 셀 발포체층은 스킨리스 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 발포체는 폴리우레탄(PUR) 발포체, 폴리에스테르(PET) 발포체 또는 섬유 충전된 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스팀 성형 다공성 다층 라이닝은 엔진 격납실 커버 패널, 엔진의 상부, 측면 또는 하부 커버, 오일 팬 커버, 하부 엔진 쉴드, 방화벽, 적어도 부분적으로 커버하는 외부 대시 패널, 엔진 격납실의 쿨러 뒤편의 공기 안내 패널, 뒷좌석 뒷 선반 또는 트렁크 적재 바닥과 같은 증가된 열 부하를 가진 영역에서 자동차 트림 부품으로 설치할 수 있는 3차원 형상으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라이닝의 제조 방법.
