Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 추출에 의해, 하수 슬러지 생성물들, 즉 하수 슬러지, 하수 슬러지 재 또는 하수 슬러지 찌꺼기로부터 포스페이트를 회수하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 하수 슬러지 생성물의 현탁액을 물, 알콜, 수-알콜 혼합물 및 수용액으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 액체 현탁제에서 생성시키고,
기상 이산화 탄소(CO2) 또는 초임계 이산화 탄소(scCO2)를 추출제로서 상기 하수 슬러지 생성물의 현탁액에 도입시키고,
용해되지 않은 고체를 상기 액체 현탁제로부터 분리시키고,
이산화 탄소를 상기 액체 현탁제로부터 제거하고,
상기 액체 현탁제에 용해된 포스페이트를 상기 액체 현탁제로부터 침전시키고 분리시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하수 슬러지 생성물의 현탁액의 생성을 위한 액체 현탁제가 액체 현탁제의 양에 대하여 0.1 내지 50 중량% 량의 하나 이상의 알콜을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 하나의 알콜 또는 다수의 알콜이 메탄올, 에탄올 및 아이소프로판올 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하수 슬러지 생성물의 현탁액의 생성을 위한 액체 현탁제가 액체 현탁제의 양에 대하여 0.001 내지 80 중량% 량의 하나 이상의 산을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 하나의 산 또는 다수의 산이 유기 모노, 다이카복실산 및 무기산에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 현탁액이 상기 현탁액의 생성시 하수 슬러지 생성물을 상기 액체 현탁제의 양에 대하여 0.1 내지 60 중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
기상 이산화 탄소(CO2)를 추출제로서 상기 하수 슬러지 생성물의 현탁액에 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이산화 탄소를 추출제로서 상기 하수 슬러지 생성물의 수성 현탁액에 0.1 내지 200 bar의 압력에서 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 이산화 탄소를 추출제로서 상기 하수 슬러지 생성물의 수성 현탁액에 1 내지 100 bar의 압력에서 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 이산화 탄소를 추출제로서 상기 하수 슬러지 생성물의 수성 현탁액에 5 내지 10 bar의 압력에서 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이산화 탄소를 추출제로서 도입시킬 때 상기 현탁액이 -20 내지 +200 ℃ 범위의 온도에 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 현탁제로부터 용해되지 않은 고체의 분리를 여과, 침전 또는 원심분리에 의해 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 현탁제로부터 이산화 탄소의 제거를, 압력의 감소, 온도의 증가, 초음파 처리, 극초단파 처리, 기계적 가스 추출 보조제 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 현탁제로부터 이산화 탄소의 제거 및 상기 포스페이트의 침전 및 분리를 연속적인 단계로 분할하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 현탁제로부터 포스페이트의 침전을 위해 침전제를 추가로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 현탁제로부터 포스페이트의 침전을 위해 침전제로 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토 화합물을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
칼슘이 추가로 회수됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
