Claims (5)
- 냉매를 흡입하는 흡입포트와 압축된 냉매를 외부로 공급하는 토출포트가 구비되는 하우징(200)과; 상기 하우징(200)의 내부 일측에 설치되고 중앙에 토출구(311)가 관통 형성되는 고정단판(310)과 상기 고정단판(310)의 일면에서 돌출 형성되는 와선형의 고정랩(320)을 포함하는 고정스크롤(300)과; 상기 하우징(200)의 내부 타측에 장착되고, 회전축(421)이 구비되는 구동모터(400)와; 상기 회전축(421)의 일측 단부에 구비되는 편심결합부(423)와; 상기 고정랩(320)과 함께 상기 하우징(200) 내부에 복수의 압축실(600)을 형성하도록 상기 고정랩(320)과 대향하여 선회단판(510)의 일면에서 와선형의 선회랩(520)이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 선회단판(510)의 일측이 상기 편심결합부(423)에 결합되어 상기 고정스크롤(300)에 대하여 공전하는 선회스크롤(500)을 포함하는 스크롤 압축기에 있어서,
상기 선회스크롤(500)의 배면과 상기 회전축(421)의 일측 단부 사이에 배압실(700)이 형성되고, 상기 선회단판(510)에는 상기 압축실(600)과 상기 배압실(700)을 연통하고 상기 선회스크롤(500)의 공전에 따라 개폐되는 한 쌍의 배압통로(511)가 관통 형성되며,
상기 복수의 압축실(600)은,
상기 고정랩(320)의 외주면과 상기 선회랩(520)의 내주면 사이에 형성되는 내측 압축실들(620, 640); 및
상기 고정랩(320)의 내주면과 상기 선회랩(520)의 외주면 사이에 형성되는 외측 압축실들(630, 650);을 포함하고,
상기 한 쌍의 배압통로(511)는,
압축종료시점을 기준으로, 상기 고정랩(320)의 중심부 끝단으로부터 상기 고정랩(320)과 상기 선회랩(520)의 접점을 지나는 접선(Lt)에 대하여 직각방향으로 연장되는 직선(L1)이 상기 선회랩(520)을 지나 상기 고정랩(320)과 처음 만나는 지점에 형성되는 제1 배압통로(511); 및
압축종료시점을 기준으로, 상기 선회랩(520)의 중심부 끝단으로부터 상기 고정랩(320)과 상기 선회랩(520)의 접점을 지나는 접선(Lt)에 대하여 직각방향으로 연장되는 직선(L2)이 상기 선회랩(520)을 지나 상기 고정랩(320)과 처음 만나는 지점에 형성되는 제2 배압통로(511);를 포함하여,
상기 제1 배압통로(511)가 상기 내측 압축실들(620, 640) 중 내부압력이 중압인 내측 압축실(620)과 상기 배압실(700)을 연통시키고, 상기 제2 배압통로(511)가 상기 외측 압축실들(630, 650) 중 내부압력이 중압인 외측 압축실(630)과 상기 배압실(700)을 연통시키도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배압통로(511)는 압축종료시점에 상기 고정랩(320)에 의해 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 배압통로(511)는,
상기 토출구(311)를 기준으로 양측에 대향 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배압통로(511)의 직경이 상기 고정랩(320)의 두께보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
