- 몸체부;
상기 몸체부의 일면에 형성된 돌기부; 및
상기 돌기부의 말단 면에 형성된 코팅부;를 포함하고,
상기 몸체부 및 상기 돌기부는 전도성 실리콘을 포함하고,
상기 코팅부는 Ag, AgCl 및 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란을 포함하는
생체 신호 감지용 건식 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부의 말단 면은 상기 돌기부의 돌출 방향으로 볼록한 곡면으로 형성된
생체 신호 감지용 건식 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 실리콘은 히드록시기 함유 실리콘 화합물, 히드록시기 함유 실록산 화합물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는 제1 실리콘계 화합물; 및
