Claims (3)
- 펄라이트, 바인더, 경화제, 물을 준비하는 소재 준비단계(S1)와,
상기 펄라이트와 물을 교반기에 투입하여 5~7분 동안 교반 반죽한 다음 바인더와 경화제를 더 투입하여 2~3분 동안 교반하여 혼합한 반죽물 준비단계(S2)와,
상기 반죽물 준비단계(S2)에서 얻어진 반죽물을 형틀에 충진하여 프레스 압착 방식으로 성형하여 성형물을 얻는 보드 성형단계(S3)와,
상기 성형물을 40 ~ 60℃의 온도조건으로 양생 건조시키고 탈형하는 건조 및 탈형단계(S4)와,
상기 건조 및 탈형단계(S4)에서 탈형 및 건조 완료된 보드를 냉각시키는 보드 냉각단계(S5)로 이루어지며,
상기 펄라이트는 진주암을 1,000~1,200℃로 소성하여 팽창시켜 기공율 48%와 비중 0.15~0.25를 갖으며,
상기 바인더는 황산칼슘 45중량%, 황산칼륨 22중량%, 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스 7중량%, 이형석고 26중량%를 120rpm/분 교반에 의해 혼합된 혼합물로 구성되고, 상기 황산칼슘은 황산 11중량%, 칼슘 65중량%, 염 4중량%, 이염화물 20중량%을 준비하여 교반기에서 200rpm/분으로 교반 혼합하며, 상기 황산칼륨은 칼륨 75중량%과 포도당 5중량%, 염화칼슘 20중량%을 200rpm/분 조건에서 교반하고, 상기 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스는 셀룰로스 60중량%, 이산화하이드록프로필 18중량%, 메틸에테르 22중량%를 교반하며, 상기 이형석고는 생석고를 180℃이상의 온도조건과 36시간 이상의 시간조건에서 가열하는 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 보드의 제조방법.
