Abstract
Description
도 1은 종래 기술에 따른 가요성 히터가 포함된 요소 저장용기를 예시한 도면으로서, 이 요소 저장용기에 본 발명에 따른 가열부재가 사용될 수 있다;
도 2는 본 발명의 출원인의 명의로 출원 계류중인 특허출원에 따른 가열부재가 포함된 저장용기를 예시한 도면으로서, 이 저장용기에 본 발명에 따른 가열부재가 사용될 수 있다;
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 가열부재를 위한 전자회로의 개략도이다;
도 4는 도 3에 도시한 다양한 가열부재의 전력 소모를 나타낸 그래프도이다.
Claims (9)
- 탱크 내에서 일정량의 유체를 유지하고 있는 저장용기로, 상기 저장용기에는 상기 탱크의 제1부분을 가열하기 위한 제1저항부재와 상기 탱크의 제2부분을 가열하기 위한 제2저항부재가 설치되고, 상기 제2저항부재는 양의 온도계수를 갖는 것에 있어서,
상기 저장용기는 상기 탱크의 제2부분을 가열하기 위한 제3저항부재를 더 포함하고, 상기 제1저항부재 및 상기 제2저항부재는 병렬회로를 형성하고, 상기 제3저항부재는 상기 병렬회로와 직렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1저항부재는 상기 저장용기 외측에 위치하고, 상기 제2저항부재 및 상기 제3저항부재는 상기 저장용기 내측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장용기.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2저항부재는 상기 탱크의 부속품 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장용기
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 부속품은 펌프인 것을 특징으로 하는 저장용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2저항부재는 열가소성 물질로 오버몰드(overmould)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장용기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 저장용기를 포함하는 차량유체탱크.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 저장용기는 상기 차량유체탱크의 바닥부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량유체탱크.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 차량유체탱크는 요소용액을 유지하기 위한 탱크인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량유체탱크. - 삭제
