Abstract
일 실시예에 따르면 냉매를 압축하여 토출하는 압축기; 냉매를 차실 내의 공기와 열교환시키는 내부열교환기; 냉매를 외기와 열교환시키는 외부열교환기; 상기 압축기로부터 토출된 냉매를 차량의 공조모드에 따라 상기 내부열교환기로 공급하거나 내부열교환기를 거치지 않고 외부열교환기 측으로 공급하는 제1방향전환밸브; 상기 내부열교환기와 외부열교환기 사이의 냉매라인 상에 배치되고, 냉매를 팽창 가능하도록 마련되는 제1팽창수단; 냉매라인 상에 배치되고, 상기 외부열교환기를 통과한 냉매를 팽창 가능하도록 마련되는 제2팽창수단; 냉매라인 상의 액상과 기상의 냉매 중 기상의 냉매를 상기 압축기에 유입시키는 어큐뮬레이터; 폐열회수부와 열교환하도록 마련되는 제3열교환기; 및 상기 외부열교환기를 통과한 냉매를 상기 제2팽창수단으로 공급하거나 상기 제2팽창수단을 거치지 않고 상기 제3열교환기 측으로 공급하는 제2방향전환밸브를 포함하는 자동차용 히트펌프를 제공한다.

Claims (17)
- 냉매를 압축하여 토출하는 압축기;
냉매를 차실 내의 공기와 열교환시키는 내부열교환기;
냉매를 외기와 열교환시키는 외부열교환기;
상기 압축기로부터 토출된 냉매를 차량의 공조모드에 따라 상기 내부열교환기로 공급하거나 내부열교환기를 거치지 않고 외부열교환기 측으로 공급하는 제1방향전환밸브;
상기 내부열교환기와 외부열교환기 사이의 냉매라인 상에 배치되고, 냉매를 팽창 가능하도록 마련되는 제1팽창수단;
냉매라인 상에 배치되고, 상기 외부열교환기를 통과한 냉매를 팽창 가능하도록 마련되는 제2팽창수단;
상기 제2팽창수단 후단에 마련되는 증발기;
냉매라인 상의 액상과 기상의 냉매 중 기상의 냉매를 상기 압축기에 유입시키는 어큐뮬레이터;
냉매가 상기 증발기를 통과하지 않고 어큐뮬레이터로 유입되도록 형성된 냉매라인 상에서, 폐열회수부와 열교환하도록 마련되는 제3열교환기; 및
상기 외부열교환기를 통과한 냉매를 상기 제2팽창수단으로 공급하거나 상기 제2팽창수단을 거치지 않고 상기 제3열교환기 측으로 공급하는 제2방향전환밸브를 포함하되,
상기 냉매라인 상에 상기 내부열교환기로부터 발생된 열을 축열하고,
제상운전모드 중에서 상기 압축기로부터 상기 외부열교환기로 냉매가 직접적으로 토출되는 경우에 있어서, 공조케이스 내부에 잠열을 방출하는 PCM(Phase Change Material)을 더 포함하며,
히트펌프는 전기 자동차 또는 하이브리드 자동차에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 히트펌프.

- 냉매라인 상에 압축기, 제1방향전환밸브, 내부열교환기, 제1팽창수단, 외부열교환기, 제2방향전환밸브, 제2팽창수단, 상기 제2팽창수단 후단에 마련되는 증발기, 어큐뮬레이터가 배치되고, 냉매가 상기 증발기를 통과하지 않고 어큐뮬레이터로 유입되도록 형성된 냉매라인 상에 제3열교환기가 배치되며, 상기 내부열교환기의 일 측에 PCM(Phase Change Material)이 구비되는 히트펌프의 동작방법에 있어서,
상기 제1방향전환밸브에 의해 상기 압축기로부터 배출되는 냉매를 차량의 공조모드에 따라 상기 내부열교환기로 공급하거나 내부열교환기를 거치지 않고 외부열교환기에 공급하며,
상기 제2방향전환밸브에 의해 외부열교환기를 통과한 냉매를 제2팽창수단으로 공급하거나 상기 제2팽창수단을 거치지 않고 상기 제3열교환기 측으로 공급하고,
상기 제1팽창수단 후단에서 상기 제2팽창수단 후단으로 냉매를 직접적으로 공급하는 제습라인과, 제습라인을 개폐하는 개폐밸브를 형성하되,
상기 제1방향전환밸브, 제2방향전환밸브 및 상기 제습라인의 개폐밸브의 거동에 의해 냉방운전, 난방운전, 제1제상운전, 제2제상운전, 제습-난방운전이 수행되도록 하되,
상기 제1제상운전과 제2제상운전시 난방성능을 유지하도록 공조케이스 내부의 도어를 개방하고,
상기 제1제상운전 시에는, 압축기로부터 배출되는 냉매를 내부열교환기를 통과하지 않도록 하여 외부열교환기에 공급하며 상기 PCM을 통해 차량 내 난방열원을 제공하고,
상기 제2제상운전 시에는, 압축기로부터 배출되는 냉매를 내부열교환기를 통과시킨 후 외부열교환기에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 히트펌프의 동작방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
냉방운전방법으로서, 상기 냉매를 압축기, 제1팽창수단, 외부열교환기, 제2팽창수단, 증발기, 어큐뮬레이터, 압축기 순서대로 통과시키되, 상기 제1팽창수단은 완전개방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 히트펌프의 동작방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
난방운전방법으로서, 상기 냉매를 압축기, 내부열교환기, 제1팽창수단, 외부열교환기, 제3열교환기, 어큐뮬레이터, 압축기 순서대로 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 히트펌프의 동작방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
제1제상운전방법으로서, 상기 냉매를 압축기, 제1팽창수단, 외부열교환기, 제2팽창수단, 증발기, 어큐뮬레이터, 압축기 순서대로 통과시키되, 상기 제1팽창수단은 완전개방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 히트펌프의 동작방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 PCM이 냉각될 때의 잠열을 이용하여 차실 내를 난방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 히트펌프의 동작방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
제2제상운전방법으로서, 상기 냉매를 압축기, 내부열교환기, 제1팽창수단, 외부열교환기, 제2팽창수단, 증발기, 어큐뮬레이터, 압축기 순서대로 통과시키되, 상기 제1팽창수단은 완전개방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 히트펌프의 동작방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
제습-난방운전방법으로서, 상기 냉매를 압축기, 내부열교환기, 제1팽창수단, 외부열교환기, 제3열교환기, 어큐뮬레이터, 압축기 순서대로 통과시키고, 상기 제습라인에 냉매의 흐름을 일부 분기시켜 상기 증발기 측에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 히트펌프의 동작방법.
