상기 두 개의 교차점(111, 112)은 각각 상기 척추뼈(310)의 하면 및 상기 척추뼈(310)와 이웃한 척추뼈(320)의 상면과 대면하며,
상기 두 개의 교차점(111, 112) 중 하나의 교차점(112)은 제1 단위 입체(110)와 이웃한 제1 단위 입체(110)의 두 개의 교차점(111, 112) 중 하나의 교차점(111)과 맞닿게 됨으로써, 위에서 볼 때 전체적으로 제1 단위 입체(110)가 격자 형상으로 배치되는 다공질의 골유합 유닛(100)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 프린터로 출력된 단위 구조를 가진 척추 임플란트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 일정 패턴은,
복수의 상기 원형 링이 행 또는 열을 이루도록 동일 평면상에 배치된 제1 레이어와,
행 또는 열을 이루는 상기 제1 레이어에 대하여 직교하는 행 또는 열을 이루는 복수의 상기 원형 링이 배치되어 이루어진 제2 레이어를 포함하며,
상기 일정 패턴은 상기 제1 레이어와 상기 제2 레이어가 맞닿은 패턴이 상, 하, 좌, 우, 전, 후로 반복되고,
복수의 상기 원형 링 각각의 가장자리가 맞닿는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 프린터로 출력된 단위 구조를 가진 척추 임플란트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 일정 패턴은,
복수의 상기 원형 링이 행 또는 열을 이루도록 동일 평면상에 배치된 제3 레이어와,
행 또는 열을 이루는 상기 제3 레이어에 대하여 직교하는 행 또는 열을 이루는 복수의 상기 원형 링이 배치되어 이루어진 제4 레이어를 포함하며,
상기 제3 레이어는 별개의 가상 평면에 대하여 일정 각도로 경사지게 배치되고,
상기 일정 패턴은 상기 제3 레이어와 상기 제4 레이어가 맞닿은 패턴이 상, 하, 좌, 우, 전, 후로 반복되며,
복수의 상기 원형 링 각각의 가장자리가 맞닿는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 프린터로 출력된 단위 구조를 가진 척추 임플란트.
- 삭제
- 골유합 유닛(100)을 형성하기 위한 가장 최소 단위인 원형 링(105)의 구조가 척추뼈(310)와 이웃한 척추뼈(320) 사이에서 전방위로 가해지는 하중과 압력에 대하여 탄성 변형 및 탄성 복원을 허용하는 탄성력을 발생시킴으로써, 척추뼈(310)와 이웃한 척추뼈(320) 사이의 침강(subsidence) 현상을 방지하는 삼차원 프린터로 출력된 단위 구조를 가진 척추 임플란트로서,
척추뼈(310)와 이웃한 척추뼈(320) 사이에 삽입되며, 두 개의 원형 링(105)으로 이루어진 단위체가 일정 패턴으로 반복되게 삼차원 프린터로 출력되어 형성되는 골유합 유닛(100)을 포함하되,
상기 일정 패턴은,
상기 두 개의 원형 링(105)이 각각의 직경을 관통하는 제2 가상선(ℓ2)을 공유하도록 교차하여 두 개의 교차점(121, 122)을 형성하는 제2 단위 입체(120)를 포함하며,
상기 일정 패턴은 복수의 상기 제2 단위 입체(120)가 상, 하, 좌, 우, 전, 후로 맞닿아 반복되고,
상기 두 개의 교차점(121, 122)을 관통하는 상기 제2 가상선(ℓ2)은 상기 척추뼈(310)와 이웃한 척추뼈(320) 사이의 공간을 관통하며,
복수의 제2 단위 입체(120)가 상, 하, 좌, 우, 전, 후로 맞닿아 반복됨으로써, 측면에서 볼 때 전체적으로 제2 단위 입체(120)는 X 자 구조가 반복적으로 복수의 행과 열을 이루어 다단으로 적층된 다공질의 골유합 유닛(100)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 프린터로 출력된 단위 구조를 가진 척추 임플란트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
척추뼈(이하 제1 척추뼈)와 이웃한 척추뼈(이하 제2 척추뼈) 사이에 삽입되며, 상기 골유합 유닛을 수용하는 내부 공간을 형성하고, 상기 골유합 유닛과 함께 상기 삼차원 프린터로 출력되어 형성되는 메인 프레임을 더 포함하며,
상기 골유합 유닛의 상면과 하면과 좌, 우측면 및 배면은 외부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 프린터로 출력된 단위 구조를 가진 척추 임플란트.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 메인 프레임은,
상기 제1 척추뼈의 하면과 대면하며 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 상부 바와,
상기 제2 척추뼈의 상면과 대면하며 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 하부 바와,
상기 한 쌍의 상부 바 각각의 전방측 단부로부터 각각 하향 경사지게 연장되는 상부 삽입 바와,
상기 한 쌍의 하부 바 각각의 전방측 단부로부터 각각 상향 경사지게 연장되는 하부 삽입 바를 포함하며,
상기 골유합 유닛은 상기 한 쌍의 상부 바와 상기 한 쌍의 하부 바와 상기 상부 삽입 바 및 상기 하부 삽입 바가 형성하는 내부 공간에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 프린터로 출력된 단위 구조를 가진 척추 임플란트.
