Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 것으로, 튜브 형태를 가지며, 그 내부에 섬유 전극이 편물된 다음 경화된 예시적 의류의 개략도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 것으로, 산토니형(santoni type) 편물 기계용으로 설계되고, 나일론사로 경화되는 전도성 전극의 예시적 편물 스키마의 개요를 설명하는 도면이다.
도 3a는 본 발명의 일부 실시예에 따른 것으로, 튜브 형태를 가지며, 그 내부에 섬유 전극이 편물되고, 섬유 전극에 바로 인접한 의류의 영역들이 경화된 예시적 의류의 개략도이다.

Claims (27)
- 편물된 의류(knitted garment)의 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역(textile region)의 탄성(elasticity)을 감소시키는 방법으로서,
a) 상기 의류를 튜브 형태(tubular form)로 편물하는 단계―상기 의류를 편물하는 동안, 적어도 하나의 전도성 섬유 전극(conductive textile electrode)이 상기 의류 내에 완전하게(integrally) 편물됨―; 및
b) 상기 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역을 경화(rigidify)시키는 단계를 구비하고,
상기 경화시키는 단계는 상기 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역 상으로(onto) 및/또는 내로(into) 경화 물질(rigidifying matter)을 도포함으로써, 상기 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역의 탄성을 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역은 상기 적어도 하나의 전도성 섬유 전극인 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역은 2개의 인접한 섬유 전극 사이에 위치되는 상기 의류의 영역인 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경화 물질은 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU)이고, 상기 TPU는 상기 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역의 외부 표면 위에 적층(laminate)되는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경화 물질은 저융점(low melting point)을 갖는 가융사(fusible yarn)이고;
상기 가융사는 상기 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역의 외부 표면 위에 편물되고; 그리고
상기 의류의 직물(fabric)이 염색될 때, 상기 가융사가 용융(melt)됨으로써 안정(stable)되고 경화된 영역이 생성되는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경화 물질은 탄성이 없거나 또는 제한된 비-탄성사(non-elastic yarn)이고; 그리고
상기 비-탄성사를 사용하여, 미리 설정된 폭을 갖는 프레임이 상기 적어도 하나의 전도성 섬유 전극의 주위에 편물되는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경화 물질은 탄성이 없거나 제한된 비-탄성사이고,
상기 비-탄성사는 2개의 인접한 섬유 전극 사이에 있는 상기 의류의 상기 영역에 편물되는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경화 물질은 교차 폴리머 윤활제(cross polymer lubricant)이고,
상기 교차 폴리머 윤활제는 상기 적어도 하나의 선택된 섬유 영역 위에 스프레이되는 방법. - 적어도 하나의 전도성 섬유 전극을 편물하는 단계를 포함하며, N개의 참여 피더(participating feeder)와 M개의 바늘(needle)을 갖는 편물 기계를 사용하여, 원사(base-yarn)로 편물되는 튜브 형태(tubular form)를 갖는 의류를 편물하는 방법으로서,
a) 하나 이상의 가요성 비-전도성 원사(flexible non-conductive base-yarn)로 상기 튜브 형태를 연속적으로 편물하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 비-전도성 원사 외에도, 전도성 실(conductive yarn)을 사용하여 상기 튜브 형태 내에 완전하게(integrally) 상기 적어도 하나의 섬유 전극을 편물하는 단계를 구비하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 섬유 전극을 편물하는 단계는
ⅰ) 전도성 섬유 전극의 전류 라인 세그먼트를 편물하기 시작할 때, 적어도 하나의 원사로 계속하여 편물하는 단계;
ⅱ) 바늘 Dj로 스티칭(stitching)하기 시작하고, 피더 Fi를 이용하여 라인 세그먼트 Lk를 편물하는 단계;
ⅲ) 바늘 Dj+s로 제1 플로트-루프(float-loop)를 스티칭하기 시작하고, 다음 피더 Fi+1을 이용하여 다음 라인 세그먼트 Lk+1을 편물하는 단계(여기서, 0<s<y임);
ⅳ) N개의 피더와 미리 설정된 개수의 라인 세그먼트―각 라인 세그먼트는 미리 설정된 길이를 가짐―에 대하여, 단계(ⅰ)와 (ⅱ)를 반복하는 단계; 및
ⅴ) 상기 전류 라인 세그먼트를 편물하는 것이 완료되었을 때, 상기 원사로 편물을 재개(resume)하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 전도성 실은 1코(stitch) 뜨고 y개의 바늘 위를 스킵함으로써, 플로트-루프 형태(float-loop form)로 편물되고,
