R1 내지 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1-10 알킬, C1-10 알콕시, 또는 할로겐이고,
Z는 비치환되거나 또는 페닐로 치환된 C1-10 알킬렌, 비치환되거나 또는 C1-10 알킬로 치환된 C3-15 사이클로알킬렌, O, S, SO, SO2, 또는 CO이고,

X1은 각각 독립적으로 C1-10 알킬렌이고,
