Description
도 1은 일 실시 예에 따른 전기차 관리 장치를 설명하는 구성도이다.
도 2 내지 도 4는 일 실시 예에 따른 배터리 교체 시기 예측 과정을 설명한 동작 흐름도이다.
도 5은 일 실시 예에 따른 제어부를 설명하는 구성도이다.
도 6은 일 실시 예에 따른 전기차 관리 장치를 설명하는 구성도이다.
Claims (6)
- 차량의 배터리 또는 배터리 관리부로부터 배터리 관련 정보를 수신하고, ECU(Electronic Control Unit)로부터 차량의 운행 정보를 수신하는 인터페이스부; 및
상기 배터리 관련 정보 및 운행 정보에 기반하여 배터리 교체 시기를 예측하는 제어부를 포함하되,
상기 제어부는,
상기 배터리 관련 정보로부터 배터리 충전 정보를 획득하며,
상기 배터리가 완충되었을 때부터 방전되어 다음 충전되는 시기까지의 기간을 상기 배터리 충전 정보를 통하여 얻고, 상기 기간 동안의 주행거리 및 주행시간 중 적어도 하나를 계산하며, 상기 기간 동안의 상기 주행거리 및 상기 주행시간 중 상기 적어도 하나를 이용하여 1회 충전 또는 방전 당 주행거리 및 1회 충전 또는 방전 당 주행시간 중 적어도 하나를 구하고, 상기 1회 충전 또는 방전 당 주행거리 및 상기 1회 충전 또는 방전 당 주행시간 중 상기 적어도 하나로부터 배터리 충방전 가능 횟수까지의 주행 예상거리 또는 상기 배터리 충방전 가능 횟수까지의 주행 예상시간을 산출하며,
상기 주행 예상거리 및 상기 주행 예상시간 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 배터리 교체 시기를 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 관리 장치.

상기 배터리 관련 정보는 CAN 통신에 의해 전송되고,
상기 제어부는 상기 배터리 관련 정보에 기반하여 배터리 진단 정보를 획득하는 CAN모듈을 포함하며,
상기 배터리 진단 정보에 따라 상기 예측된 배터리 교체 시기를 조정하는 전기차 관리 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 운행 정보를 이용하여 차량의 상태를 진단하는 OBD(On-Board Diagnostic)를 포함하고,
상기 진단된 차량의 상태에 따라 상기 예측된 배터리 교체 시기를 조정하는 전기차 관리 장치.
- 차량의 배터리 또는 배터리 관리부로부터 배터리 관련 정보를 수신하는 단계;
ECU(Electronic Control Unit)로부터 차량의 운행 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
상기 배터리 관련 정보 및 운행 정보에 기반하여 배터리 교체 시기를 예측하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 배터리 교체 시기를 예측하는 단계는,
수신된 배터리 관련 정보로부터 획득된 배터리 충전 정보를 통하여 상기 배터리가 완충되었을 때부터 방전되어 다음 충전되는 시기까지의 기간을 얻고, 상기 기간 동안의 주행거리 및 주행시간 중 적어도 하나를 계산하며, 상기 기간 동안의 상기 주행거리 및 상기 주행시간 중 상기 적어도 하나를 이용하여 1회 충전 또는 방전 당 주행거리 및 1회 충전 또는 방전 당 주행시간 중 적어도 하나를 구하고, 상기 1회 충전 또는 방전 당 주행거리 및 상기 1회 충전 또는 방전 당 주행시간 중 상기 적어도 하나로부터 배터리 충방전 가능 횟수까지의 주행 예상거리 또는 상기 배터리 충방전 가능 횟수까지의 주행 예상시간을 산출하며, 상기 주행 예상거리 및 상기 주행 예상시간 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 배터리 교체 시기를 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 관리 방법.
